Kester was then and there the Cashier, of a certain National Banking Association, to wit, The Lewiston National Bank, located at the City of Lewiston, in the State of Idaho, theretofore duly organized and established, and [3] then and there existing and doing busi ness under and by virtue of the laws of the United States respecting national banks, and that they, the said William F. Kettenbach, and the said George H. Kester, so then and there on the date first aforemen tioned, being President and Cashier as aforesaid, did then and there, at the City of Lewiston, in the State of Idaho, and.
