In Part One, Mary takes instruction from her Spirit Guide, Gerard, as he tries to explain the process of her physical death to her gently and where she can expect to proceed from that point. Gerard guides Mary in a caring and loving manner as she comes to the realisation that she has left her physical existence of fifty-five years permanently and she has returned to her ongoing spiritual life that is never-ending. He reveals her spiritual name to her. Finally, Gerard takes her to her permanent home in his reality as Mary attempts to come to terms with the enormity of what has occurred to her. Part Two of Transition - The Final Journey - provides a series of Discourses from Onoraus, another Spiritual Guide, who gives a detailed description of life at an earlier time on Earth, namely at the time of the Essenes at Qumran. There are other Discourses and Meditation suggestions from another Spirit Guide, Constella, and these hint at hidden spiritual truths that only the Spiritual Warrior can access from within during meditation. Part Three outlines the Tenets of the LAW OF ONE for those who are prepared to seek a deeper understanding of the reason why we incarnate on Earth. Following these Tenets closely can lead to greater spiritual awareness for the seeker. Part Four of Transition - The Final Journey - provides a Series of Discourses from many Masters-of-Light who have trodden Earth's stage in times long past. The wisdom of their words cannot be denied. These words of wisdom will be questioned by some. Others will embrace these secret and sacred truths fully. Once discovered, the secret and sacred truths cannot be passed on to anyone. Those who discover these hidden truths will know this as fact.The final section of the book outlines our need for self-healing and a detailed method is provided for those who are anxious to proceed beyond the physical aspect of life and to embrace fully this self-healing process for their own benefit.
