The following words have become absolute reality: "I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all truth." (John 16, 12-13). This book of my teachings has been formed from the lessons of love and charity and dictated to you through human understanding. Since ancient times I have entrusted to you my teachings, through my envoys, my emissaries, my interpreters, and you have used it to create myths and traditions. But you will not fulfill your purpose unless you meditate and study this lesson with respect and love. Truly I say to you that he who meditates and analyzes the teachings of my Book, with a true desire to elevate his knowledge, will acquire the light for his spirit and he will feel Me nearer to him.

Book excerpt: The birth of this book The Third Testament is based on a discovery in times of tragedy, pain, suffering, lamentation, and derision of lost hope on a tropical island of beauty, Hawaii. A place of many ancient historical tales, it gave light to a true story of a divine intervention when death invasions threatened her salvation since childhood. This shocking and spellbinding battle of attacks by unparalleled phenomenon of demonic forces reveals a translucent phantom of deceivers in the atmosphere of our world, unfounded by many in humanity yet spoken of in biblical times by Jesus Christ.

Book excerpt: Anna Nikolaievna Schmidt was an externally unimpressive, unpretentions and nondescript person who never married. She was a newspaper reporter and selfdesignated humanitarian in Nizhni-Novgorod, Russia, where she spent the majority of her life, living 1851 to 1905. Apart from Schmidt the human was Schmidt the mystic and spirit-person. She received revelation in 1885 that she was the incarnation of the Holy Spirit. She viewed the Third Person of the Triune Deity as God's Daughter, the feminine aspect of God, and which also had a heavenly name Margarita, and Anna Schmidt was Margarita on Earth and the spirit-wife of Jesus. Schmidt likewise is the personification of the Church of Jesus Christ on Earth, and she is assigned the task of creating the Church of the New Israel of the Third Testament of the Holy Spirit. This book is her testimony. Daniel H. Shubin has translated several books from Russian into English on Russian history, religion and philosophy.

Book excerpt: In the four chapters of this book are presented the argument for another Testament of the Lord's Word. It opens the mind of the reader that there have been four prior Churches established on earth by the Lord - the Most Ancient, the Ancient, the Israelitish / Jewish, and the Christian - and that in each of them God gave them His Word - the Spoken Word, the (written) Ancient Word, Old Testament, and the New Testament - so that they can be taught of God and be instructed in the good of life by Him. One sees that though these Churches had the Lord's Word, they all 'fell' from their love to the Lord and came to falsified the truth in these various Testaments or Covenants of the Word. It is shown that because mankind in the Most Ancient Church had lost conjunction with Jehovah (the Lord), that man could only learn of the Lord through his (own) understanding and so, there was only the Lord's presence with man and no longer conjunction. Thus, the man distorts the truth according to his own will; no longer is it according to the Lord's will, and eventually the man in these Churches comes to destroy the truth, and thus, these Churches, even the Christian Church has come to its end. In this book is revealed that through the fulfillment of the Lord coming into the spiritual world there has now come a new Word - the Word of the Divine Human (the glorified risen Lord) - and that through it a New (Christian) Church is now being established here on earth.

Book excerpt: 'Michael Crichton meets The Matrix' Daily MailPreviously published as Biblical. An apocalyptic, mind-melting thriller on an epic scale that will make you question your own reality and even your sanity. What would you do if you found out that your future had already happened? All around the world, people start to see things that aren't there, that cannot be. Visions, ghosts, events from the past playing out in the present. To start with, the visions are unremarkable: things misplaced in time and caught out of the corner of the eye; glimpses of long-dead family or friends. But, as time goes on, the visions become more sustained, more vivid, more widespread. More terrifying. As the visions become truly apocalyptic, some turn to religion, others to science. Only one man, driven by personal as well as professional reasons, is capable of finding the real truth. But the truth that psychiatrist John Macbeth uncovers is much, much bigger than either religion or science. A truth so big it could cost him his sanity. And his life.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I have a firm testimony of the prophet Joseph Smith, Jr., and this is due to reading the Book of Mormon and receiving answers to prayers that the Book of Mormon is an inspired volume of holy scripture. In addition, the revelations in the Doctrine and Covenants and Pearl of Great Price, through study, prayer, and applying the teachings in my life, have borne witness to my soul and mind of the divinity of Joseph Smith, Jr., as a true prophet of God. In this book I will cover the additional revelations contained in "Joseph Smith's New Translation of the Bible" (1970, Herald Publishing House). Sections of this translation were added to the LDS scriptures in 2013 (called "Selections From the Joseph Smith Translation of the Bible," or JST). The JST is another testament of the divinity of the calling of prophet Joseph Smith, Jr. The entire JST can be purchased at bookstores and is a powerful testament of modern revelation to a living prophet in our time. The 1st testament of Joseph Smith, Jr., is the Book of Mormon. This book was translated from golden plates provided by an angel of God. It validates Joseph's story, that he saw God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ and Angels from God. The golden plates were shown and handled by eight witnesses, and three additional witnesses saw the plates, shown to them by an angel of God. His account confirms that the heavens are open to man, as in times of the olden-day prophets. The 2nd testament of Joseph Smith, Jr., is the Doctrine and Covenants and the Pearl of Great Price. These volumes of revelations, translated scripture, and inspired declarations were received by modern-day prophets. Many of the sections had more than one witness, detailed in their introductions, and were accepted as scripture by consent of the entire church. The Pearl of Great Price contains a portion the Old Testament and Matthew, Chapter 24, that are part of the JST. The 3rd testament of Joseph Smith, Jr., is the JST itself, which he began in 1830 and finished in 1833. This volume is more like some of the sections of the Doctrine and Covenants and is not a translation, but direct revelation from God to Joseph Smith, Jr. The theme of this volume is more than obedience to a commandment from God, but to expose changes made to the King James Bible (KJV; the most common Bible used). These changes made in the Bible caused stumbling blocks and obscured the true doctrines from mankind. These stumbling blocks are like an ideological plague to our modern Christian society and can cause misdirection for many people. My goal is to highlight some key doctrines that show how Joseph Smith, Jr., was able to restore many truths once found in the original Bible. I hope you will feel as I do, that this makes the JST the 3rd testament of the divinity of the calling of Prophet Joseph Smith, Jr.

That day of December 25, 1983 forever changed our lives. Connie had received many visions of Christ as a young girl, but now as an adult something changed. A new Visitation unlike any of the previous encounters with God. The Vision was in the form of a Golden Book located in Heaven with small and minute in script and in delved upon Gold of the purest form. The writing was on Pearl of white paper. As I inquired to the Lord about the nature of the Book God revealed to us "Therefore this thy Book of True Revealing be restored yet unto Her which is to say "My Jerusalem". And also adhering to Gods command. "Neglect not the Work of Mine Hand that is upon ye; For that which I have spoken shall come to pass and at "this place that ye harbor" shall I release The Prophecy of Written Word....as that which was spoken of in Scripture as a "Overture" to come. And so now you have it to read, and Overture comes. It is written in Revelation 11.3: "And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and three score days... These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of the prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them into blood, and smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will". These Testaments reveal great earthquakes, Wars, and The Plague of Ephods that threatens 25% of mankind with extinction! The Earth toppling on its axis, as a final judgment! We have no weapons, no guns, no poisons, no armies, to fight with to arrest those committing high crimes and treason against humanity. As moses was at the back of the mountain tending his ship and was summoned to Gods Holy Mountain and there was told he must go and free God's people from bondage with only a staff so we have found ourselves in similar circumstances... We have the Spirit of Prophecy, Gods secret weapons to set against those wishing to oppress Israel and God's people. The earth is deserving.

Book excerpt: Modern Orthodox theology represents a continuity of the Eastern Christian theological tradition stretching back to the early Church and especially to the Ancient Fathers of the Church. This volume considers the full range of modern Orthodox theology. The first chapters of the book offer a chronological study of the development of modern Orthodox theology, beginning with a survey of Orthodox theology from the fall of Constantinople in 1453 until the early 19th century. Ladouceur then focuses on theology in imperial Russia, the Russian religious renaissance at the beginning of the 20th century, and the origins and nature of neopatristic theology, as well as the new theology in Greece and Romania, and tradition and the restoration of patristic thought. Subsequent chapters examine specific major themes: - God and Creation - Divine-humanity, personhood and human rights - The Church of Christ - Ecumenical theology and religious diversity - The 'Christification' of life - Social and Political Theology - The 'Name-of-God' conflict - The ordination of women The volume concludes with assessments of major approaches of modern Orthodox theology and reflections on the current status and future of Orthodox theology. Designed for classroom use, the book features: - case studies - a detailed index - a list of recommended readings for each chapter

Book excerpt: A startling exploration of the history of the most controversial book of the Bible, by the bestselling author of Beyond Belief. Through the bestselling books of Elaine Pagels, thousands of readers have come to know and treasure the suppressed biblical texts known as the Gnostic Gospels. As one of the world's foremost religion scholars, she has been a pioneer in interpreting these books and illuminating their place in the early history of Christianity. Her new book, however, tackles a text that is firmly, dramatically within the New Testament canon: The Book of Revelation, the surreal apocalyptic vision of the end of the world . . . or is it? In this startling and timely book, Pagels returns The Book of Revelation to its historical origin, written as its author John of Patmos took aim at the Roman Empire after what is now known as "the Jewish War," in 66 CE. Militant Jews in Jerusalem, fired with religious fervor, waged an all-out war against Rome's occupation of Judea and their defeat resulted in the desecration of Jerusalem and its Great Temple. Pagels persuasively interprets Revelation as a scathing attack on the decadence of Rome. Soon after, however, a new sect known as "Christians" seized on John's text as a weapon against heresy and infidels of all kinds-Jews, even Christians who dissented from their increasingly rigid doctrines and hierarchies. In a time when global religious violence surges, Revelations explores how often those in power throughout history have sought to force "God's enemies" to submit or be killed. It is sure to appeal to Pagels's committed readers and bring her a whole new audience who want to understand the roots of dissent, violence, and division in the world's religions, and to appreciate the lasting appeal of this extraordinary text.

Is this a spiritual phenomenon or something more sinister?

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Social injustice, social distancing and masks, the coronavirus pandemic, earthquakes, wars, and rumors of wars--is this really the end-times? When thinking about the book of Revelation, death and destruction, lawlessness and chaos seem to be the focus of most people. Humanity, especially Hollywood, seems to have an insatiable appetite for the sensational devastation and death that is predicted in this biblical prophecy. The problem with this is most media sources miss the main point for which these catastrophes occur; the call of God for His creation to reunite with Him. The book of Revelation is probably the most controversial book of the Bible! Which piece of literature throughout history has had more written about it, with such widely divided opinions and differing beliefs? Yet through all of the existing material, there is still widespread confusion and improbable comprehension regarding this prophecy. However controversial it may seem, Revelation is also one of the most important writings we have available concerning the Christian life today. It is a compulsory read for anyone serious about living their life for Jesus Christ. Revelation: The Full Disclosure of Jesus Christ takes the reader verse by verse through the entire twenty-two chapters of Revelation, giving accurate but easy-to-understand explanations. It is designed as a study guide for the children of God, at every level of understanding! The book of Revelation is both a continuation and ending of the story that began in the book of Genesis. So come, let us explore together the final chapter of the greatest story ever told!
