He can throw the rider at any time but because he still has the power, and capacity to do so but because of the relationship, the stallion chooses to let the rider mount him and ride. Woman, you are not weak when you are submissive to your husband, you still have the power and the ability to wreak havoc if you so desire. But because you are wise and you want to keep the relationship intact, you choose to submit.
