Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is a preserved work that came out of the Grace Gospel Church in Waco, Texas. Glen Ewing was the Pastor at Grace Gospel Church in Waco, Texas. When he was a little boy, his Presbyterian mother took Glen to the camp meetings at the then Methodist Campground. He remembered seeing the power of God work in remarkable ways in the hearts and lives of the people present at the meetings. They would come under conviction so strongly that they would run to the front jumping over backless benches to get there. They would fall on their faces in sincere repentance for their sins. Some would be slain in the Spirit so completely that they had to be lifted by others, placed in their wagons and hauled home. Seeing all this at such an early age made a deep impression on young Glen Ewing. He never forgot it. Robert Ewing traveled the world in an apostolic office establishing churches where ever the Lord Jesus sent him. God saved Robert Ewing at the age of five. He received the fullness of the Spirit on his eighth birthday, Feb.4th, 1934. While other children were out playing, many times he would find himself by the hours, studying the Bible story books and later, the Bible. He never seemed to have any outward ministry, however, but only one unto God. The Seven Key Truths are just a mere portion of the teachings from both Glen and Robert. Some of the teachings found here have been transcribed directly from the old Texas Grace Counselor newsletter.

Book excerpt: Helena Blavatsky's 'There is no Religion Higher than the Truth' is a groundbreaking esoteric work that delves into the philosophies of Theosophy and spiritualism. Blavatsky's literary style is rich in symbolism and mysticism, making this book a significant contribution to the occult literature of the late 19th century. The content of the book explores the idea that ultimate reality can only be found through personal spiritual experience, rejecting the notion of religious dogma and emphasizing the importance of universal truths. This book is a must-read for those interested in the intersection of spirituality, philosophy, and metaphysics. Blavatsky's use of ancient wisdom and her own metaphysical experiences come together to create a compelling narrative that challenges conventional beliefs and encourages readers to seek their own spiritual path. Helena Blavatsky was a prolific writer and influential spiritual leader who co-founded the Theosophical Society. Her vast knowledge of Eastern and Western spiritual traditions, as well as her personal experiences with the esoteric, inspired her to write this book. Blavatsky's unique perspective and deep insights into metaphysical concepts make her a pioneer in the spiritual literature genre. 'There is no Religion Higher than the Truth' is recommended for readers seeking a deeper understanding of universal truths and the spiritual journey towards enlightenment.

Book excerpt: Over twenty-one faithful evangelical Bible teachers have joined together in this work to both honor the legacy of Dr. Mal Couch as well as to promote a solid, sacred, and safe theological manual for the body of Christ. Colleagues and friends of Dr. Couch, such as Dr. Wayne House, Dr. Norman Geisler, Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum, Dr. Timothy Demy, and more, along with many of Mals students and disciples, set forth in this work a biblical and practical theology. The first half of the book covers all twelve of the major biblical doctrines of Christianity. The last half covers some of the hottest theological topics and practical issues that present-day believers ought to be aware of in order to properly defend the faith. In chapter 25 you will meet many of the disciples in Christ that Mal taught over the years as they express their gratitude for this godly giant of the faith. So if you are curious about what a holistic evangelical faith looks like, and even curious as to how dispensationalism fits within orthodox evangelicalism, this book will provide for you a solid resource for many years to come.

Book excerpt: Despite becoming a big issue in public debate, social mobility is one of the most misunderstood processes of our time. In this accessible and engaging text, Geoff Payne, one of Britain’s leading mobility analysts, presents up-to-date sociological research evidence to demonstrate how our politicians have not grasped the ways in which mobility works. The new social mobility argues for considering a wider range of dimensions of mobility and life chances, notably the workings of the labour market, to assess more accurately the causes and consequences of mobility as social and political processes. Bringing together a range of literature and research, it covers key themes of mobility analysis, and offers a critical and original approach to social mobility. This important book will challenge the well-established opinions of politicians, pressure groups, the press, academics and the public; it is also sufficiently comprehensive to be suitable for teaching and of interest to a broad academic audience.
