Book excerpt: A number of researches have recognized and proved the significance of organizational commitment to organizations. As this work-related behavior has been continually looked upon its impact on other work-related behaviors and organizational outcomes, factors such as job satisfaction and job performance transpired to be interrelated variables in considering the concept of employee enhancement programs. Nontheless, this study focuses on identifying and determining the level and relationship of organizational commitment, job satisfacion and job performance. It also seeks to determine the profile of respondents and its relationship to the three variables. Results of this investigation are intended to be used as a basis in proposing an enhancement program that could augment the respondents' commitment to the organization, job satisfaction, and job performance.
