Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Sven, Ole, Asil, Einer and their friends are about to embark on one of the most heart-rending adventures of their lives. They will be joined by their friends Kavan, Parkurkarkuss and McCorn in an effort to rescue Kavan’s family from the Russian zone of occupied Germany. Atrocities committed by the Nazi’s are well documented. Educational institutes and even museums teach the world about the plight and suffering of the Jews and other minorities that were displaced from their homes and businesses, tortured and killed during the Nazi regime. These well-meaning organizations are there to make sure we never forget the holocaust that took place in Hitler’s Nazi Germany. History and education have told of the suffering and death reeked upon the countries that the Germans overran and occupied. After the unconditional surrender of Germany and its occupation by the allied nations the German people would be treated much the same as they had treated the countries that they had defeated. For the German survivors would soon be displaced from their homes, have their possessions and business taken away from them. The basic needs of life would be allowed only at sustenance levels. After Germany surrendered, a new virtually ‘unknown holocaust’ took place. From 1945-1950 the allies expelled or forced more than 14 million Germans from their ancestral homes. 4 million German citizens were sent away as forced labor, most of these went to Russia never to return. More than 2 million Germans were killed or lost their lives. Over 2 million women from the ages of 9 to 90 were raped. Many of them did not survive or were mutilated for life. In the winter of 1945-1946, the allies forbid any nation to send food or aid to the starving Germans. The allied authorities even rejected requests by the international Red Cross to bring provisions to alleviate the suffering of the German people. The most common response to allied atrocities was to say, “The Germans got what the deserved.” Many of the things you will read in this story are true and based on facts. There are books and resources available on line or at your library for those of you who would like to do further research. I hope that the ‘truth’ be it good or bad will help humanity not to repeat the same mistakes in the future. What was left of the German population had become the Victims of the Victorious.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Michael Lloyds life came to a screeching halt when his best friend, Cpl. Damien Wilson, was killed in Vietnam. Little did Michael know the black whirlpool of emotion Damiens death would set into motion. Michaels father, Stephen, President of Lloyd Hotels International, had been a B-24 pilot during the second World War. Stephen had put his combat experiences behind him- he thought. By 1968, Vietnam monopolized nightly newscasts viewed by millions of Americans at their dinner tables. Stephen attempted to dissuade his son from making any rash decisions about avenging Damiens death, but he overlooked the possibility of that death raking up terrifying memories of deadly flak, German ME-109s, and his riddled bomber lumbering to its German targets. Stephen began spiraling out of control, taking his family with him. This story is historical fiction based on true events. It discusses what was once termed Battle Fatigue or Shell Shock, but known today as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). You will follow the Lloyds as they suffer the repercussions of PTSD, and the severe mental trauma that ambushes, as it victimizes the whole family. This account is about infinitely more than human reactions to shock and grief. It is about the King of redemption, the Lord Jesus Christ, as He preserves and governs His creatures with wisdom and power. This novel details the lives of one family, who are all woefully ignorant of the effects of war. It also describes the assuring hope of heaven in the midst of tragedy.

Book excerpt: Mercury is one of the world’s most poisonous substances, and yet dentists routinely use it in amalgams to fill our teeth. Forty years ago, Dr. Hal Huggins questioned this practice, and now legions of dentists, researchers, and citizens are adding their voices of concern. It’s All in Your Head looks at past research on mercury toxicity and dental amalgams as well as current scientific findings that can no longer be ignored. It describes the possible effects of mercury toxicity, including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Hodgkin’s disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and virtually all autoimmune disorders. Written in easy-to-understand language, It’s All in Your Head explodes the claim that mercury amalgams are safe. If you think your worries are all in your head, you may be right.

Book excerpt: This is the exciting fourth volume of Jay P. Newcomb’s epic, Visigothic Saga. In book three, Adawulf Hister, the tyrannical sorcerer of Dakkia, had engineered the kidnapping (by the centaurs and the satyrs) of the four-year-old leprechaun child Liam O’Hurleyhune and imprisoned him in Mandraki Castle on Cyclops Island in the far-off Hellene Sea. Also taken was the faun woman Amberwose and her five-year-old faunling Rockwose. Hister demands that in exchange for the lives of the hostages, Molly O’Hurleyhune travel to Cyclops Island and hand over to his servants the Heart of the Sea, which is the all-important eighth piece of the All-Seeing Eye—a powerful device of magic, which, if Hister is able to reassemble, will spell disaster for the world. With the All-Seeing Eye in place in his new Tower of Babel, Hister hopes to accomplish his evil scheme of bringing about the Gotterdammerung (twilight of the gods) and his conquest of all Midgard! But the forces of good have risen to the challenge and have assembled a force of gallant knights, the Knights of Víðarr (Vitharr). This new order of knights are aptly named—named after the angel of vengeance from Asgard called Víðarr; for Queen Gwynnalyn Volsungsdottir (who is the grandmaster of the Order of the Knights of Víðarr) has vowed an oath of revenge against the sorcerer and his minions who’ve committed this outrage. But it is a race against time for the gallant knights on their legendary journey. They must travel thousands of miles o’er land and sea and, along the way, fight off barbarians, confront King Minus of the Cyclopses, as well an evil sea dragon in order to save the hostages—before Hister has them cruelly executed! Meanwhile, King Sigurd will take the Tervingian Army and all his thanes on a legendary journey of their own to strike at the minions of the dark powers within their own territory. To do this, he must traverse a vast forest called Myrkvidr, which is the haunt of a wicked dragon named Fafnir. Sigurd must confront Fafnir in a life-or-death battle for the survival of him and his army. The elves, too, have their own legendary journeys to accomplish, and the soul of the world is hanging in the balance.
