Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Elfin Star Runes: Following the Elf Star to Faerie contains an original elven rune set of 49 runes. It is set up into 7 chapters with 7 runes described and illustrated in each chapter that relate to the elfin magicks that guide us in the spiritual evolution of the elfae peoples - The Magic, Healing, Thaumaturgy, Enchantment, Sorcery, Wizardry, and Witchcraft. These 7 groups of runes relate to an important energy on each of the points of the seven-pointed elven star: with Magic relating to the first point of the star or Will; Healing relating to the second point or Love; Thaumaturgy to the third point or Art; Enchantment to the fourth point or Innovation; Sorcery to the fifth point or Truth; Wizardry to the sixth point or Reflection; and Witchcraft to the seventh point or Celebration. The Elfin Star Runes may be used to assist you in what you need to develop as you progress upon the Elven Way for s'elf development and further awakening to your elven nature. They also may be used as an oracle system to know what the wisdom of the ancient elven has to say to you. We Silver Elves often draw an elfin star rune for further information to accompany our daily spiritual practice of throwing the I-Ching or in a tarot reading about a specific question for which we are in need of guidance. The Elfin Star Runes may also be used for your magic to write words in both English and Arvyndase, the magical language of the Silver Elves, and also in numbers. All 49 runes or sigils for these runes can be laid upon an elven star and will be found to conform to the various lines of the star. Thus, we call them The Elfin Star Runes. The acute angled seven-pointed star, which is often called the faerie star these days, was first associated with we elves and called the elven star by the Elf Queen's Daughters of which we Silver Elves were a part and who first awakened us to our elven nature back in the mid 1970's (for more on this see our books Elf Magic Mail vols. 1 & 2). We continued using the elven star in our own elf letters that we sent out first by snail mail in the late 70s, the 80s and 90s and then later, with the invention of the internet, by email (see our books The Magical Elven Love Letters vols. 1, 2 & 3). We also very commonly and quite often wore elven stars as amulets and still today have them as talismans all over our eald (elven home and demesne). Somewhere, or some when, we don't know exactly but surely in the late 1990's or early 2000's, the faerie community adopted the elf star and started calling it the faerie star. We don't mind, but we do think we elfae folk should know something of our own history and we still reserve the right to refer to it as the Elven Star even if nearly everyone else now calls it the Faerie Star, for it is one and the same. And when you come down to it, all we elves are fae from the Faerie Realm but not all fae are elves ... or faeries for that matter.

Book excerpt: On steamy Pryan, never-ending sunlight and plentiful rain have created a jungle so vast that humans and elves dwell high in the trees and only dwarves live anywhere near the ground. From the treetops the aristocratic elves sell weapons to the other races, whose incessant warfare sends a steady steam of profits and essential resources skyward. Now, generations of dissent and race hatred will not heal -- not even under the threat of annihilation at the hands of legendary Titans. Armed with little more than their wits and prophecy, an elf, a human, and a dwarf must unite to try to save the world from destruction.

These are not based on the Norse runes but are an original system created by the Silver Elves. The book is subtitled A Passage Into Faerie because each rune also advises a Magical Act that the magic wielder can perform to bring hir closer to Faerie. The use of these runes is itself an elfin spell cast in a unique way as each user weaves hir way deeper into the Elfin Realms.

On the surface, the politics seem stable, yet war could be touched off at any moment. Despite the vast territories claimed by these powers, countless millions of primitive worlds are left to fend for themselves. It is these remote and discounted worlds that the Santas seek out in accordance with the Mission. A Mission that in nearly three millennia has not once failed. Santa Tiberius, having long overstayed his term, endures threats on multiple fronts; he is determined to resist the internal strife within his own organization that has created conflicting competition for carrying out the Mission. But even these centuries' old issues pale in the face of the disaster that unfolds when rogue elves, long thought dead, emerge to exact vengeance. Nothing will be the same. Not for Santa, not for the Elves, not for the galaxy. The Mission will soon come to a conclusion. About the series: The Magi Charter For over two thousand years the legend of Santa Claus has endured. The unprecedented use of a limitless portal technology has provoked the galactic Imperial powers to go on the defensive, preparing for war. The Elves and Santa are largely to blame for the state of galactic politics; despite their intentions being for the greater good, things have only grown worse... After failing the Mission, Tiberius is resolved to keep his people together, determined not to forsake his commitment to the masses. Tiberius was told he would be the last Santa, that he must now separate himself from the Elves. Yet Tiberius refuses to listen to anyone, sure that he will find a solution to keep the Mission going. Time is running out, his control is slipping; the distrust amongst the Elves is reaching a flash point. Forced to evacuate their home and scattered to the stars, the Disciplines struggle to coordinate their Elves and keep their organizations running. The galaxy's people, great and small, need help and guidance. For some Elves that means having to rely on themselves and not their Disciplines. All must find innovative ways to keep the galaxy from disintegrating into chaos. The fabled Key Stones are the Elves' last hope to save the Mission and return to their home. But they are not the only ones on the hunt for the mysterious objects. Returning from the stranded Eureka, the Elfin ship Vega resumes the search for the Key Stones while being pursued by the sinister Shinsei; a Rune Master who has been plotting in the shadows and is revealed to be the mastermind behind Emiko and the rival of Merlin. Kyanite Astro, a young elf struggling with basic Rune control and his own identity, will be forced into a face-off with Shinsei that will ultimately determine the fate of the Elves and the galaxy. For some the reasons they choose to leave are personal, for others it's a dismissal. Santa's annual Mission must never fail despite how each passing year adds complexity amidst a world plagued by endless wars and upheavals. The denizens of the North are not secluded from the human world's problems. The complex is not the utopia it was intended to be. Those who call this place home must come to terms with the turbulence of history and not allow personal issues to disrupt their commitments. Long before Mistletoe Green came along there was another, far sinister elf who used the marvels of the North Pole for her own agenda at the peril of both Santa and elf. Anna, Tetsu, and Hilda will each face challenges that threaten their legacies and centuries old friendships. Book excerpt: A plague has ravaged the population of gold dwarves of the Great Rift. It starts slowly, but the progression is devastating. One dwarf has eyes that have become hard and glassy like marbles; a second dwarf has skin that flakes off in sharp, hardened scales; the skeleton of a third is petrified and fused in place; a fourth wastes away with blood that has turned dark and muddy. Clerical magic doesn't help. Neither do herbal remedies, nor spells meant to break curses. And in all cases, death is always the same--the heart blackens, hardens, and eventually stops beating, killing each victim with a heart attack and turning the bodies to stone. It's called the Stoneplague. It's terrifying. And it's spreading.

Book excerpt: When There Are Armies Gathered For Invasion, Hermits Foretelling Prophecies and Wizards Planning on Taking Over The World, Two Unlikely Heroes Emerge When Elves and Humans worked alongside each other, struggling to find meaning in the changing world around them, magic, greed and power threaten to destroy civilisation as they knew it Excerpt - "Night closed around the two travellers like a falling blanket of black cotton wool. The wisps of evening mist danced and teased before them, vanishing like a gypsy dancer when the travellers got too close. The sun had only just finished weaving its way through the thick trunks and canopy of trees that had been their shelter for three days, and the sudden plunge into darkness seemed even more dramatic because of it. A heavily wooded region this part of the Kingdom of Taron was reputed to be, and there was no evidence to challenge that belief here, except a slight thinning of the trees as a villagers’ evening lanterns filtered their light softly through the maze of trees, providing a beacon for the weary travellers to follow." Thought provoking and yet endearing, the characters are real, the setting is believable and the underlying messages are poignant. A fantasy adventure that has violence and sexual innuendo. Not suitable for pre-teens. Using their guile and wit, fighting their emotions and cultural belief, in a struggle to do the right thing, Halon & Saldon, with their mysterious allies, fight the madmen and try to restore order to the world in turmoil.
