Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In Hidden Fields, Book 4, author Charles gets a chance to share his feelings and thoughts in a personal way. He presents themes of Friends, Friendships, Romance, and Love with respects to choices. Charles writes in the spirit of poetry from his heart revealing his experiences one after another in great detail. He was inspired by his everyday experiences from lessons he had learned and lived, too. Many of these experiences, their lessons, were not always clear and evidential, some were after the fact; nonetheless, he gained a wealth of knowledge about others and himself. In hindsight, he believes that human beings are all evolving and unfolding in their own uniqueness, genetic make-up, from experience to experience, lesson to lesson, and realization to realization. All human beings are gifted, and blessed to have volition to make better choices in their lives. Charles believed that soon like himself, that human beings will reach for more insightfulness in their choices; thus, to grasp some sense of wisdom within the best of their choices. For Charles, choices continue to have a profound effect on his life as he faces himself in the light of the unknown and progressive future.

This book was released on 2024-05-10 with total page 220 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Are there credible reasons to believe many of the constellation and star names were given by inspiration of God? God's Signature in the Stars explores these ancient star names and their meanings to reveal the answer. The Bible states that God named the stars: "He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name" (Isa 40:26). These starry hosts appear in the night sky as God's "character actors," performing their roles on his celestial stage. God is the creator, writer, and director of this heavenly drama and cosmic dance. "By day and by night," his "starry hosts" are flickering above the footlights in God's theater in the sky!

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Recent days have seen a debate among evangelicals over how the death of Christ is to be interpreted. When a popular British evangelical leader appeared to denounce the idea that God was punishing Christ in our place on the cross as a "twisted version of events," "morally dubious," and a "huge barrier to faith" that should be rejected in favour of preaching only that God is love, major controversy was stirred. Many thought the idea of penal substitution was at the heart of the evangelical understanding of the cross, if not the only legitimate interpretation of the death of Christ. Yet for some time less popular evangelical theologians had been calling this traditional interpretation of the atonement into question. So, is the traditional evangelical view of penal substitution the biblical explanation of Christ’s death or one of many? Is it the non-negotiable heart of evangelical theology or a time-bound explanation that has outlived its usefulness? What does the cross say about the character of God, the nature of the law and sin, the meaning of grace, and our approach to missions? The public debate which resulted was often heated. In order to act as reconcilers, the Evangelical Alliance and the London School of Theology called for a symposium in which advocates of the different positions could engage with each other. The symposium, which was attended by some 200 participants, was held when the July 7th bombings took place in London and drew together many of Britain’s finest evangelical theologians. This book contains the collection of papers given at the symposium, supplemented by a few others for the sake of rounding out the agenda, and grouped in convenient sections.
