Lorenza Violini è professore ordinario di Diritto costituzionale presso il Dipartimento di Diritto Pubblico Italiano e Sovranazionale dell’Università degli Studi di Milano. Ha compiuto studi e ricerche negli Stati Uniti e in Germania, approfondendo in numerose pubblicazioni temi relativi ai rapporti tra i diversi livelli di governo, al federalismo, al regionalismo e ai diritti fondamentali. É membro del Consiglio direttivo della Rivista Le Regioni. È membro dell’Executive Board della Fundamental Rigths Agency (Vienna).
