Such interactions are manifested in solution phase behavior and self-assembled structures attained by the polymer + surfactant mixtures. The work presented in this thesis paper contributes to our knowledge of how delivery of cationic cellulose water-soluble polymers (acting as carriers of actives) on surfaces such as hair is modulated by the addition of surfactant and other solutes to aqueous solution.
