"Resolved, That, if the Association be dissolved, the money left on hand, after the payment of all just debts, be applied to the publication of a sketch of the history of the Association - to be prepared by the president. A limited edition only of the sketch to be published, for the members of the Association - and a few friends - not for general circulation." Motion carried.
