Ahora, los precios bajan, las ventas también, el crédito se congela, algunos especuladores se arruinan, algunos bancos también, los constructores piden más vivienda de protección oficial (que no pública) y finalmente la burbuja se ha pinchado y con ella la economía (aunque no sólo por la crisis inmobiliaria).
