Finalmente, el análisis reconoce a la comunicación como una práctica social de intencionalidades y significaciones que se entretejen y determinan lo que se ha denominado lógica massmediática, entendida como el funcionamiento de los medios a través de sus estrategias, recursos y dinámicas propias.
