Indeed, the credit men's associations have been urging business men to participate in the administration of bankrupt estates as receivers and as trustees; probably unfamiliarity with the law has been the chief cause of the business man's reticence. Unfortunately for the business man, there has been no text on bankruptcy intended chiefly for the layman.
