Merrill) foi estudada, quanto às conseqüências das variações no fluxo e na temperatura do ar insuflado considerando o período de secagem e a posição das sementes na massa, utilizando um secadorestacionário de distribuição radial do fluxo do ar. Na pesquisa, foram caracterizados o ar ambiente, o ar insuflado, as temperaturas e os teores de água da massa, as equações de secagem e a qualidade fisiológica (germinação e vigor) das sementesdurante o armazenamento. Admitindo os intervalos de 26,9 a '33, 2 POT. 3' m/min/t, para o fluxo, e de 42 a 50 graus C, para a temperatura do ar insuflado radialmente durante a secagem das sementes de soja em silos, concluiu-se que a elevação natemperatura demanda redução no fluxo e, inversamente, o aumento no fluxo demanda redução na temperatura.

In particular, the latter section introduces the concept of a multicriteria approach for estimating seed storage behaviour.
