The results are based on pp collision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 8 TeV collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 19.7 fb-1. Pseudoscalar boson masses between 25 and 80 GeV are probed. There was no evidence for a pseudoscalar boson found and upper limits were set on the production cross section times branching fraction to t pairs between 7 and 39 pb at the 95% confidence level. This search excludes a pseudoscalar Higgs boson with mass below 80 GeV, in Type II two-Higgs-doublet models with a negative coupling of standard model-like Higgs boson to down-type fermions.

The events selected have an opposite-sign muon or electron pair and a high transverse momentum photon. No excess above background has been found in the three-body invariant mass range 120 mll? 150 GeV, and limits have been derived for the Higgs boson production cross section times branching fraction for the decay H → ?*? → ll?, where the dilepton invariant mass is less than 20 GeV. A Higgs boson with mH=125 GeV has a 95% confidence level (CL) exclusion observed (expected) limit is 6.7 (5.9sup+2.8/supsub-1.8/sub ) times the standard model prediction. We require two isolated leptons (electrons or muons) with the same electric charge and additional kinematic requirements. No significant excess above background is observed, and we set 95% C.L. observed (expected) upper limits on ratio of the production cross sectin to the standard model expectation of 6.4 (7.3) for a Higgs boson mass of 165 GeV and 13.5 (19.8) for a mass of 115 GeV.

The integrated luminosity for othis search corresponds to 319 pb-1 of data recorded by the Collider Detector at Fermilab. We outline the even selection criteria, evaluate the even acceptance and estimate backgrounds from Standard Model sources. These events are observed that satisfy our event selection, while 2.16 ± 0.66 events are expected from background processes. no significant excess of events above background is thus observed, and we set 95% confidence level upper limits on the production cross section for this process as a function of the Higgs mass. For a Higgs boson mass of 115 GeV/c2 we find that [sigma]$t\bar{t}H$ x BR (H 2!bb)

The charged Higgs boson is searched for in top quark decays for m H± m t - m b, and in the direct production pp → t(b)Hsup± /supfor m H± m t - m born The H± → ? ± ? ? and H± → tb decay modes in the final states ? h+jets, ?? h, l+jets, and ll’ (l =e, ?) are considered in the search. No signal is observed and 95% confidence level upper limits are set on the charged Higgs boson production. Furthermore, a model-independent upper limit on the product branching fraction B(t→H±b)B(H±→?±??)=1.2-0.15% is obtained in the mass range m H± = 80–160 GeV, while the upper limit on the cross section times branching fraction ?(pp→t(b)H±)B(H±→ ?±??)=0.38-0.025 pb is set in the mass range m H+ = 180–600 GeV. Here, ?(pp → t(b)H±) stands for the cross section sum ?(pp→t¯(b)H+)+?(pp→t(b¯)H-). Assuming B(H±→tb)=1, an upper limit on ?(pp → t(b)H±) of 2.0–0.13 pb is set for m H± = 180–600 GeV. The combination of all considered decay modes and final states is used to set exclusion limits in the m H±-tan ? parameter space in different MSSM benchmark scenarios.

The dataset corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 24.6 fb-1, with 4.9 fb-1 at 7 TeV and 19.7 fb-1 at 8 TeV. To enhance the sensitivity to neutral MSSM Higgs bosons, the search includes the case where the Higgs boson is produced in association with a b-quark jet. No excess is observed in the tau-lepton-pair invariant mass spectrum. Exclusion limits are presented in the MSSM parameter space for different benchmark scenarios, m h max, m h mod +, m hmod -, light-stop, light-stau, [tau]-phobic, and low-m H. Lastly, upper limits on the cross section times branching fraction for gluon fusion and b-quark associated Higgs boson production are also given.

Our analysis uses data collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC in proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, corresponding to integrated luminosities of 5.1 and 19.3 fb-1, respectively. The search is sensitive to Higgs bosons produced either through the gluon fusion process or in association with a bb quark pair. No statistically significant excess is observed in the [mu]+[mu]- mass spectrum. Results are interpreted in the framework of several benchmark scenarios, and the data are used to set an upper limit on the MSSM parameter tan [beta] as a function of the mass of the pseudoscalar A boson in the range from 115 to 300 GeV. Furthermore, the model independent upper limits are given for the product of the cross section and branching fraction for gluon fusion and b quark associated production at √s = 8 TeV. As a result, they are the most stringent limits obtained to date in this channel.

The data are well described by the expected background, leading to 95% confidence level cross section upper limits [sigma]p{bar p} → ZH x B(H → b{bar b}) in the range of 3.1 pb to 4.4 pb.
