Jeffrey Fairchild is a young playboy who has invested his fortune in building a hospital. He works there himself, posing as the elderly Dr. Skull. But one secret identity is not enough. Jeff is also the dreaded vigilante The Skull Killer. A man of violence who slaughters dozens of evil-doers. "Satan's Incubator" appeared in the first and only issue of The Scorpion. This is pulp fiction at its best. This is a fast-paced and utterly bizarre story, filled with action, unexpected turns, weird characters, and gruesome violence. Randolph Craig was a pseudonym for prolific pulp writer Norvell W. Page (1904-1961), who also wrote most of the popular novels about the Spider.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "The Christian church worldwide has been taken prisoner by Satan's counterfeit healing." This statement is based on the author's personal experience, modest exposure to the Toronto Blessing, observation of parachurch healing ministries, and extensive historical reconstructions. Satan's Counterfeit Healing presents and evaluates Satan's supernatural healing from the Paleolithic period (ca. 45000 BCE) to the contemporary church. The guiding thesis is that Satan and his demonic surrogates perform miracles which are evident as psi paranormal phenomena. These manifestations include physical and exorcistic supernatural healings. Paleolithic and Neolithic periods produced Great Mother goddess worship and healing, which have persisted ever since. These idolatries, combined with OT nature gods, were a backdrop to Jesus' true miracles. For two thousand years of church history there's been a tug-of-war between true and false healing. Mother goddess as Mariological shrine healing joined with natural and demonic magic, and esoteric energy psi. Alongside these the Holy Spirit has raised up genuine healers and their ministries. Modern healing is marked by energy counterfeits and faith healing, the latter especially accompanied by trance, false prophecy, and psi transformations. True divine healing can be recovered when Christians repudiate nature gods, reject false prophecy, and restore proper eschatology.

Book Synopsis Great Satan's rage by : Scott Wilson
Download or read book Great Satan's rage written by Scott Wilson and published by Manchester University Press. This book was released on 2016-05-16 with total page 358 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Newly available in paperback, this book looks at how rap and metal have been highly engaged with America’s role in the world, supercapitalism and their own role within it. This has especially been the case when genres – hitherto clearly identified as indelibly ‘black’ or ‘white’ forms of music – have crossed over as an effect of cross-racial forms of identification and desire, marketing strategy, political engagement, opportunism and experimentation. It is how examples of these forms have negotiated, contested, raged against, survived, exploited, simulated and performed 'Satan’s rage' that is the subject of this book. The book offers a highly original approach in relating rap/metal to critical theories of economy and culture, introducing a new method of cultural analysis based on theories of negativity and expenditure that will be of great interest to students in media and cultural studies, American studies, critical and cultural theory, advertising and marketing, and sociology and politics.

Book excerpt: Return to the dark and haunting world of Rosemary’s Baby in Ira Levin’s beguiling sequel, Son of Rosemary. Levin’s Rosemary’s Baby, one of the best-selling books of all time, is the iconic classic that ushered in the era of modern horror. This shocking and darkly comic sequel is set well after the harrowing events of the first book, and is just as compelling and suspenseful. It is now 1999, and Rosemary Woodhouse awakens from a decades-long coma to find herself in a drastically changed world. She soon discovers her son is already thirty-three years old, an a charismatic spiritual leader worshipped the world over, preaching a message of tolerance and peace. But is “Andy” the savior the troubled world so desperately needs, or is he his father’s son—the Antichrist? Master of suspense Ira Levin’s sardonic and thought-provoking exploration of good and evil, Son of Rosemary, finds Rosemary and her child reunited in a battle of wills that could determine not just the course of the new millennium—but the very fate of humankind.
