Se incluye una completa recopilación de legislación existente y se tratan algunos casos prácticos, entre los que destacan los lodos de depuración de aguas residuales urbanas, como residuo de generación creciente y con aspectos diferenciales y similares con respecto a los residuos sólidos urbanos.
