Específicamente, se analizaron dos aspectos en especial, el primero se relacionó con las percepciones que tenían los docentes, los directivos docentes y los estudiantes de la institución oficial Leonardo Posada Pedraza acerca de sus representaciones sobre confianza y liderazgo en el colegio. Y el segundo, buscó describir las prácticas que caracterizaban la presencia de confianza en la gestión directiva por parte de los tres estamentos participantes (docentes, estudiantes y directivos docentes). Esta investigación en un estudio de caso de tipo cualitativo en la que participaron 5 representantes de docentes, 5 de directivos docentes y 5 estudiantes conformando un total 15 participantes, y donde se emplearon tres metodos de recolección de datos tales como entrevistas semi-estructuradas, observaciones de reuniones y análisis documental de las autoevaluaciones institucionales. Esta información fue analizada bajo los lineamientos investigativos del enfoque de análisis de contenido. Siguiendo el proceso de sistematización e indexación de toda la información buscando la recurrencia en los códigos encontrados que originaron las categorías de análisis de la investigación.
