The issues identified by the Committee include recommendations to assure basic foundations for life and specifically addresses the issues of meeting the need for adequate income supports through AFDC, housing needs, preventive and remedial health care for children, and meeting educational needs and finally to establish a continuous process for identifying and meeting children's needs.
