Post demonetisation, cash withdrawals have been declining rapidly from a peak of Rs 528 billion for the week ended 13th January to Rs 325 billion recently (week ended 24th March). II. Industrial output growth has risen to a 13-month high of 5.7% in November while retail inflation slowed to a 25-month low in December. III. India's foreign exchange reserves surged for the second consecutive week by $932.4 million to $360.775 billion in the week to January 20,2017 IV. The rupee hit a 16-month peak against the dollar to INR 65.41 per dollar V. The number of persons under the income tax net has increased by 91 lakh post note ban. VI. The CBDT has detected undisclosed income of over Rs 9,334 crores between November 9, 2016, and February 28, 2017. VII. Under Operation Clean Money (OCM), more than 60,000 persons, including 1,300 high-risk persons, have been identified. VIII. Income tax department will issue 700,000 letters seeking information about high-value transactions. IX. Indian economy grew by 7% in the fourth quarter of 2016 and 6.1% in 1st quarter of 2017. X. The real estate sector hit in the fourth quarter, but a strong contribution of the agricultural sector and manufacturing. XI. The purchasing managers' index (PMI) shows a large rebound. XII. Shell companies provided a strong support system for black money after demonetization are in the process of identification and tax net. XIII. The income tax (I-T) department has begun its second phase of "Operation Black Money". XIV. More than 30 government-to-business services have been brought online, with e-filing, single-windows. XV. India's well-functioning economy went into a tailspin. This move, it was claimed, was made to wipe out corruption, deter the generation of black money, weed out fake Indian currency notes and curb terrorism. Overnight, people in India realized that the cash in their pockets had no value. A window of fifty days was granted to 1.3 billion people to convert their old notes into new ones. Businesses, especially in the unorganized sectors, came to a grinding halt. Patients in hospitals faced huge problems, farmers had difficulty buying inputs, weddings were scaled down, and fishermen watched their catch rot. Many lost their jobs and could not support their families. A year later, the RBI announced that 99 per cent of the old currency notes had been deposited with it. India continues to grapple with the effects of this move. The black economy has not been dented; counterfeiting and terrorism continue; the credibility of the RBI, banks and currency is damaged; the accountability of the Parliament and the prime minister has been eroded; and the social divide has widened. There have been many arguments and counter-arguments from both sides, but they have missed the complete picture. The mean ± SD of weight of kabaddi and kho - kho players were respectively 51.64±5.87 and 51±4.10 and the calculated t value 0.65. The mean ± SD of Arm length for kabaddi players were 71.24±4.10 and kho - kho players were 71.88±4.58, respective mean difference 0.64, standard error 4.60; leg length of the mean ± SD of kabaddi players were 90.92±6.56 and kho - kho players were 91.72±6.71, mean difference 0.80, standard error 6.14; The mean ± SD of AMSE(sit ups) for kabaddi players were 32.48±6.08 and kho - kho players were 32.40±5.51, respective mean difference 0.08, standard error 5.98 and the calculated t value 0.96; LES(SBJ) of the mean ± SD of kabaddi players were 2.03±0.21 and kho - kho players were 2.06±0.23, mean difference 0.02, standard error 0.22 and the calculated t value 0.66;Speed (50 yrd) of the mean ± SD of kabaddi players 8.63±0.54 and kho - kho were 7.96 ± 0.52, mean difference 0.66, standard error 0.53 and the calculated t value 0.5.45;The mean ± SD of Agility (St.Run) of kabaddi players and kho - kho players were respectively 9.67±0.45 and 9.35±0.60 and the calculated t value 0.04. ConclusionBased on the results of the present study have highlight anthropometric and fitness variables of kho - kho and kabaddi players.
