L'ISO 9001 (norme générique applicable à tous les domaines) et l'ISO 13485 (norme spécifique aux DM) ont été sélectionnées comme référentiel pour ce projet. Cette thèse décrit les principales étapes pour construire un SMQ basé sur les processus selon ces deux normes : formation du personnel à la qualité et aux normes, collecte des données, identification des processus et leur cartographie, rédaction de documents qualité correspondants. Le déploiement opérationnel du système à chaque service ne fait pas partie de ce travail. Une fois le projet qualité terminé, le SMQ mis en œuvre est amené à vivre au quotidien au sein de l'entreprise. Une évaluation de la maturité des processus et des revues périodiques seront nécessaires pour s'assurer de l'appropriation du système mis en place par rapport à l'évolution de l'entreprise ainsi qu'à l'évolution réglementaire et normative.
