El propósito principal de la empresa es ofrecer una alternativa diferente a la amplia oferta de comida rápida que predomina en la ciudad de Los Ángeles. La estrategia competitiva en la cual se basa este negocio es en la diferenciación, al no existir un local de estas características en la ciudad de Los Ángeles. El local propuesto se diferenciará por medio de la oferta de kebab, la cual es una alternativa de alimentación creativa y sabrosa, en la modalidad de servicio rápido en el local, con un diseño inspuirado en el espíritú de la comida turca. El alto consumo de comida rápida que tiene Los Ángeles según estudios realizados por fuentes externas, donde presenta el mayor porcentaje de consumo de comida rápida, nos indica que estamos frente a una oportunidad de negocio, con un amplio mercadio objetivo y una alta demanda. El local de comida rápida tendrá una planta física de alreddor de 35 metros cuadrados con una capacidad para atender alrededor de 20 clientes. La inversión inicial necesario para la apwertura de "Doner Eti" es de $7.610.206. Esta inversión está compuesta por $5.610.206 en equipo, mobiliario y acondicionamiento del local y por $2.000.000 en capital de trabajo. De acuerdo a los estados financieros proyectados (demanda de 74 clientes diarios con un precio de venta promedio de $2.345 por cliente), el proyecto es factible ya que el mismo presenta un VAN positivo $6.604.998, una TIR del 40,61% y un período de recuperación de 2,5 años. De acuerdo al análisis de sensibilidad, se concluye que la variable que m,ás afecta la factibilidad del proyecto es la del precio de venta promedio por cliente atendido.
