Nous avons réalisé une liste exhaustive de ces différents produits utilisables dans les plaies aiguës, en en relevant les indications, contre-indications, effets indésirables et modalités d'usage. L'enquête ainsi réalisée auprès des médecins généralistes du canton de Beaune, de Pouilly sur Saône, d'Arnay le Duc et Chagny (65 praticiens), concernant la prise en charge des plaies aiguës au cabinet, met en évidence :une hétérogénéité de la prise ne charge, une confusion dans les différents types de pansements et leurs indications, une absence de prise en charge commune et coordonnées entre la ville et l'hôpital, le besoin d'un protocole simple et adapté à la prise en charge des plaies aiguës. En nous appuyant sur les données recueillies par cette enquête et sur les proprietés propres à chaque pansement, nous proposons un protocole de prise en charge des plaies aiguës commun à l'hôpital et aux médecins généralistes.
