When we're bad, we're punished. When we're good, we're rewarded. Our scars run deep. Yet we survive, because we have to, because HE teaches us too. All of us are special, we feel it with everything we are. He has us for a reason, but it's a reason we don't know. We've haven't seen his face, but we know that something deeply broken lies beneath the darkness. With every touch, with every punishment, we know it. Then came the day he saved my life, and I saw him for the first time. He released something inside of me. He showed me who he truly is. Now I want him. I'll go against Everything I know to be with him. A monster. My monster. Loving him is a sin, but a sinner I am. I won't stop until I see every part of him. Even the parts he keeps locked deep down inside. I am Number Thirteen, and this is my story.
Book Synopsis Number Nuggets in the King James Bible by : Kevin Mann
Download or read book Number Nuggets in the King James Bible written by Kevin Mann and published by Independently Published. This book was released on 2019-10-17 with total page 402 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The numbers in the King James Holy Bible have significant meaning that follow the number throughout the scripture. The number 13 has always been an 'unlucky' number. The number 13 is the number that represents Satan, evil, wickedness, devils, and everything vile that is connected to them. This book is a chronological account of the number of 'Rebellion' in the bible from Genesis to Revelation. The word "THIRTEENTH" is found to be the thirteenth word in a bible verse only one time at: Esther 9:1 Now in the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar, on the thirteenth day of the same, ...The words thirteen and thirteenth appears 26 (2x13) times in the bible. There are 13 famines recorded in scripture. There are 13 kings recorded from David to Zedekiah who went into Babylonian captivity. 2nd Chron. 36:10The phrase: 'the old serpent', 'thousand years', 'Jannes/Jambres' have 13 letters. The Antichrist (13 letters), who we know to be 'Judas Iscariot; (13 letters), is the one who 'betrayed Jesus' (13 letters). He is the coming to rule over 'New World Order' (13 letters) that is being set up currently by the globalists. The Antichrist 'is the man of sin' (13 letters) spoken of by Jesus in the gospels, and his final abode will be 'the lake of fire' (13 letters). A sample of the Revelation 13:18 (a 13 with 3x6), the 66th book of the bible; the 13th chapter; and the 18th verse; here we get the "number of a man"; 'the Antichrist', which is 666; the unholy trinity of man. The word "beast" in sole reference to the person of 'the Antichrist' (13 letters), himself, appears a total of 36 (6x6) times in Revelation. No coincidence. The address 13:18 (13+3x6) added together is: 1+3+1+8=13; and 13+18=31 a 13 reversed; 'the Antichrist' is covered over with 6s, 13s and their multiples. Another infamous 13:18 is found in John's gospel (see); John is also the author of the book of Revelation; and he records Jesus, at the last supper, quoting Psa. 41:9 and Jesus says: "He that eateth bread with me hath lift up his heel against me." a direct reference to the "betrayer" 'Judas Iscariot' (13 letters) and the quote just happens to be 13 words in length; see the nuggets in John 13 of this work to see other such "coincidences" as the scoffers would say. In Genesis 3:15 we have the first recorded prophecy in the bible of the Devil's seed 'the Antichrist' (13 letters), and the address of Gen. 3:15 is (3+15=18, 666).The only use in the bible of the capital "S" Six; is found in verse 18; and it personifies the number as you would capitalize a proper name.

Book Synopsis Principles of Biblical Hermeneutics by : J. Edwin Hartill
Download or read book Principles of Biblical Hermeneutics written by J. Edwin Hartill and published by Harper Collins. This book was released on 1960-10-05 with total page 130 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Biblical hermeneutics is the science of interpreting the Bible. The aim of this book is to explain and illustrate the various principles of Bible interpretation that must be followed if one is to understand the teachings of God's Word correctly. Such a study is pivotal to anyone who studies the Bible. Unless consistent principles of interpreting its passages are followed the truth of God becomes blurred and confused. Determining what the Bible means must precede all application of its words to the lives of its readers and hearers. Dr. S. Franklin Logsdon, Bible teacher and evangelist, says of this book: "These principles of Bible study by Dr. J. Edwin Hartill have been tested and proved in his own personal teaching for many years. They are succinct, pointed, practical, original, understandable -- simple keys to unlock the storehouse of Scripture to things both old and new. This publication makes a distinct contribution to Bible lovers in their search for increased knowledge of divine truth. It is a privilege and an honor to commend it to God's people." Using a graphic combination of text, charts, and outlines, Dr. Hartill states, "I trust that as you study these principles, your understanding of the Word and your love for its truth may deepen, so that you may more ably pass it on to others." Included are chapters on: - The Dispensational Principle - The Covenantal Principle - The Ethnic Division Principle - The Discrimination Principle - The Predictive Principle - The Application Principle - The Typical Principle - The Principle of Human Willingness in Illumination - The First Mention Principle - The Progressive Mention Principle - The Full Mention Principle - The Context Principle - The Agreement Principle - The Direct Statement Principle - The Gap Principle - The Three-fold Principle - The Election Principle - The Repetition Principle - The Synthetic Principle - The Principle of Illustrative Mention - The Double Reference Principle - The Christo-Centric Principle - The Numerical Principle

Book excerpt: Traveling around the United States, the Guggenheim grant recipient spent 2012 chronicling 250 13 year olds, creating still portraits and video documentation of each. The resulting body of work creates a rich collective portrait of a group of Americans whose lives began at the turn of the millennium and who are coming of age now. To Be Thirteen depicts all 250 portraits with brief quotations from the extended video interviews and an interview by Center for Creative Photography Chief Curator Rebecca Senf with Schneider, unpacking details about the artist's process, insights about the project and how it changed her, as well as longer excerpts from the subjects.
