Si bien es un tema que a todos nos venía preocupando, la pandemia precipitó sus efectos que se hicieron cada vez más evidentes en las manifestaciones sintomáticas y en su abordaje. Si me toca destacar qué tiene de particular el enfoque principal de este libro diría que hay un tema que unifica a todos los psicoanalistas, que están alrededor de un único objetivo y que es –como nos decía Lacan– estar a la altura de la época. Este punto de vista resulta evidente porque todos hablamos de la práctica del psicoanálisis en la hipermodernidad, sin perder lo conceptual. Como una paradoja del hipercapitalismo, la peste en aquellos días se asentó en lo familiar, al decir de Freud en Lo siniestro. Un familiar enfermo de Covid en los comienzos de la pandemia traía la amenaza de la muerte. Los cuerpos eran eliminados y enterrados sin el ritual del velatorio, ni la despedida. Por esto mismo pongo en duda que esta situación configure el fin del capitalismo, y me pregunto si tal vez no sea su máximo triunfo. El acercamiento al semejante siempre genera la duda de qué mal nos traerá. Hoy además la tecnología triunfa en extraer toda la información sobre cada uno de nosotros, y para esto el aislamiento es fundamental. Todo se averigua por Google. Pero todo se sabe, toda información por los algoritmos es descifrada y somos observados por todos. Ahora el Gran Hermano es el sistema. El ojo que mira todo desbarata los secretos y la palabra del Otro vale poco o casi nada. Por eso valoro los libros en cuanto a que es información que queda escrita y tiene que ser leída. Los textos sostienen lo simbólico y nos llevan a pensar y discrepar. La escritura es el lenguaje del ausente. Y justamente la concepción de la ausencia es lo que rechaza la época, porque todo es omnipresencia e inmediatez. No se soporta la pérdida estructural. Realmente esto nos muestra que las políticas neoliberales son perversas. Ponen un objeto en lugar de la falta y ahora la libertad es lo que ofrecen, en lugar del Estado que regula. Vaya trampa en la que nos encontramos. Me pregunto qué nos queda a los psicoanalistas por hacer: ir a contracorriente del amo contemporáneo. Allí estaría el porvenir del psicoanálisis, siempre por advenir. Este libro es una muestra de ello, analistas que pensamos al psicoanálisis en la hipermodernidad.
