Book Synopsis Neue Organisationsformen von Arbeit mit Fokus auf hierarchiefreie und hierarchiereduzierte Unternehmen in Österreich by : Christian Hauser
Download or read book Neue Organisationsformen von Arbeit mit Fokus auf hierarchiefreie und hierarchiereduzierte Unternehmen in Österreich written by Christian Hauser and published by BoD – Books on Demand. This book was released on 2017-12-29 with total page 170 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Synopsis Holistic Business Model Transformation by : Hartmut F. Binner
Download or read book Holistic Business Model Transformation written by Hartmut F. Binner and published by Springer Nature. This book was released on 2022-11-17 with total page 309 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book describes the control loop-oriented change management process for implementing a digital business model via the holistic Organization 4.0 MITO configuration management. The content chapter structure of this MITO book with the description of the different transformation design views is based on the higher-level operational control loop principle within the MITO model segments shown in Figure 1. Whereby the management segment (M) is still subdivided on the default side into the process-related management segment and on the feedback side into the fact-related management segment. The MITO business model based on this supplements the 5 model segments with the downstream customer and upstream supplier segments and integrates the hierarchical process level model into the MITO model representation for the conception of the process-oriented target, management and control system. This book is a translation of the original German 1st edition Ganzheitliche Businessmodell-Transformation by Hartmut F. Binner, published by Springer Fachmedien Wiesbaden GmbH, part of Springer Nature in 2020. The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence (machine translation by the service DeepL.com). A subsequent human revision was done primarily in terms of content, so that the book will read stylistically differently from a conventional translation. Springer Nature works continuously to further the development of tools for the production of books and on the related technologies to support the authors.
Book Synopsis Neue Organisationskonzepte als Alternative zur Hierarchie? by : Nora Martin
Download or read book Neue Organisationskonzepte als Alternative zur Hierarchie? written by Nora Martin and published by GRIN Verlag. This book was released on 2004-07-13 with total page 64 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Synopsis The ManuFuture Road by : Francesco Jovane
Download or read book The ManuFuture Road written by Francesco Jovane and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2008-10-23 with total page 274 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Manufacturing in Europe is under great pressure from structural changes in the global economy. The high technical, social and cultural standards in Europe mean that our manufacturing enterprises lead the world but inevitably production and consumption continues to migrate to regions that allow higher profitability from lower costs of production with the promise of new markets. Structural changes in European industries will influence employment and welfare. However, there are signs of a new High-Adding-Value industrial revolution. This book has the answers that will allow us to avoid the negative consequences of this migration. A new model of future manufacturing – ManuFuture - has been forged in discussion with the world’s leading scientists in manufacturing and many experts from research, industry and economic policy. The results of this, the road to competitive and sustainable manufacturing, are captured in this fundamental book. The generic Model of ManuFuture, a Vision 2020 and a Strategic Research Agenda and the proactive initiatives required are presented here. They show the approach to manufacturing in the age of knowledge and the actions that must be taken.

Book Synopsis Methods and Tools for Co-operative and Integrated Design by : Serge Tichkiewitch
Download or read book Methods and Tools for Co-operative and Integrated Design written by Serge Tichkiewitch and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2013-03-14 with total page 489 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: SMC COLOMBIER FONTAINE is a company in the AFE METAL group, which uses a sand casting process to manufacture steel primary parts. To reduce the "time to market", primary part producers need to reduce the time and cost of the industrialisation process. These factors, in addition to the global goal of improving process performance levels, brought SMC to develop numerical technologies and traceability from quotation to part delivery [1]. Nowadays, these improvements are incorporated into company culture. The next step in reducing the time and cost of the production process is to introduce a complete methodology of use and experience feedback of these new models and methods. To be able to generalise this approach, a CAD methodology is essential and thus becomes a step in the industrialisation process. The amount of improvements engendered by the numerical technologies largely justifies the time investment made to obtain a numerical definition of all the different elements in the sand casting process [2]. The objective of our approach is to optimise the product and its production process by generating a complete numerical reference, through the integration of quotation, CAD, simulation, new manufacturing technologies and effective production processes.
