Book excerpt: Decision decides seasons and God's intervention. Jesus said my hour has not come but his mother's action provoked the due time (John 2:1-11). The actions you will see and respond to in this book will provoke heaven to remember you. The God we serve is the God of times and seasons. The sun, the moon, the stars, day and night, evening and morning. These and more appear in their seasons. Planting and harvesting of all kinds of fruits have their times and seasons. When a woman is pregnant for instance she has to wait for the fullness of time, after nine months the baby will no longer be comfortable in the womb. It has to be born because it's time has come. In your season of remembrance which I believe is now, your dream can no longer remain in the womb because the time to birth it has come. "To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven" - (Ecclesiastes 3:1) In this book, I will be showing you things to do that will bring about the fulfillment of the prophetic word, "It is My Season of Remembrance" You will no longer experience delay. God is saying His word shall no longer be prolonged, even in your life. No more delay! Yes delay shall be a thing of the past.He says, "...For I will hasten my Word to perform it" - (Jeremiah 1:12) He says, "...Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; There shall none of my words be prolonged anymore, but the word which I have spoken shall be done saith the Lord God." - (Ezekiel 12:28) Each time I read prophecies in God's word I am always passionate about it, because His words are new every day. When we key into His word and apply it in our lives, the result will always be testimonial. No wonder Job says, "I have esteemed the words of His mouth more than my necessary food" - (Job 23:12) His word is the most potent than anything you can ever think of. Basically in this book we will be dealing with the case of Rachael the second wife of Jacob"And God remembered Rachael....." - (Genesis 30:28)

Book excerpt: “As poet, prophet, and priest, Thurman builds upon a powerful legacy of ancestral hope: belief in a liberating God who can always be found ‘in and among the struggling.’” —Yolanda Pierce A universal beacon of hope and endurance for people of all faiths seeking to meet the challenges, uncertainties, and joys of life Howard Thurman’s Meditations of the Heart is a beautiful collection of over 150 prayers, poems, and meditations on prayer, community, and the joys and rituals of life by one of our greatest spiritual leaders. Thurman, a spiritualist and mystic, was renowned for the quiet beauty of his reflections on humanity and our relationship with God. In a new foreword, Yolanda Pierce, dean of Howard University’s School of Divinity, calls attention to the justice-centered theological framework of Thurman’s words. Pierce notes how Thurman brings to light an image of God who can always be found “in and among the struggling,” both in times of weariness and in strength. First written for and shared with his congregation of the Church for the Fellowship of All Peoples in San Francisco, California, these meditations sustain, elevate, and inspire. They are a universal beacon of hope and endurance for people of all faiths seeking to meet the challenges, uncertainties, and joys of everyday life with a renewed and liberating faith.

Book excerpt: “Reading Manifold: Time is like sending your mind to the gym for a brisk workout. If you don’t feel both exhausted and exhilirated when you’re done, you haven’t been working hard enough.”—The New York Times Book Review The year is 2010. More than a century of ecological damage, industrial and technological expansion, and unchecked population growth has left the Earth on the brink of devastation. As the world’s governments turn inward, one man dares to envision a bolder, brighter future. That man, Reid Malenfant, has a very different solution to the problems plaguing the planet: the exploration and colonization of space. Now Malenfant gambles the very existence of time on a single desperate throw of the dice. Battling national sabotage and international outcry, as apocalyptic riots sweep the globe, he builds a spacecraft and launches it into deep space. The odds are a trillion to one against him. Or are they? “A staggering novel! If you ever thought you understood time, you’ll be quickly disillusioned when you read Manifold: Time.”—Sir Arthur C. Clarke

Each chapter on a major doctrine: (1) states a classic issue of ultimate concern, (2) surveys alternative past and present answers and (3) tests those proposals by their congruence with information on the subject progressively revealed from Genesis to Revelation. Then the chapter (4) formulates a doctrinal conclusion that consistently fits the many lines of biblical data, (5) defends that conviction respectfully, and finally (6) explores the conclusion’s relevance to a person’s spiritual birth, growth and service to others, all for the glory of God. Why the title Integrative Theology? In each chapter, steps 2-6 integrate the disciplines of historical, biblical, systematic, apologetic and practical theology.
