This eliminates ravenous hunger associated with blood sugar fluctuations on carb diets and is what makes keto so sustainable long term. As long as you follow it correctly, consistently and are patient and persevere, you will achieve your fat loss goals with keto, I promise. Whether you need to lose 20lbs or 200lbs, keto will work for you, as long as you are committed and follow my recommendations; you cannot fail. Besides fat loss, keto has other benefits too and can alleviate many health ailments, which I have also discussed in this book. I know what keto can do in terms of fat loss, and I want to share this information and the experience I have acquired with you, and others who may be struggling with sustainable fat loss.
