Le comportement de chaque transition est décrit à l'aide de deux règles floues qui correspond à une linéarisation locale et permet d'appliquer simplement une commande analytique. L'objectif de cette commande est de faire suivre à un ou plusieurs stocks une valeur désirée. Des commandes continues, discrètes et hybrides sont étudiées. Pour l'approche continue, la convergence du modèle global commandé est démontrée sous réserve que les modèles locaux convergent. Pour l'approche discrète, une commande tout ou rien est proposée qui minimise l'erreur quadratique entre la consigne et la valeur réelle du stock.

Book excerpt: Le travail présenté dans cette thèse est principalement consacré au développement d'une méthodologie pour la modélisation et la commande des systèmes flexibles de production. Elle combine, en simulation, un modèle réseau de Petri (reproduisant la partie physique du système) et une commande hiérarchisée floue. Comme les modèles réseaux de Petri existants ne répondent que partiellement à notre objectif, nous avons proposé un ensemble d'extensions à ces modèles: les réseaux de Petri contrôlés. A travers ces extensions nous avons souhaité repousser au maximum les limites des réseaux de Petri et leur capacité à prendre en compte la complexité des systèmes de production. Le fonctionnement de chacun de ces modèles, traitant un besoin particulier de la modélisation, est illustré au travers d'exemples simples. Les concepts de base dans les réseaux de Petri sont redéfinis et la plupart des résultats théoriques sont prouvés. Pour l'élaboration de la partie contrôle/commande de tels systèmes, nous avons proposé une structure hiérarchisée composée d'un ensemble d'unités de commande locales, de superviseurs et d'un coordinateur. Etant donné la complexité et le grand nombre de paramètres à prendre en compte dans le contrôle des systèmes flexibles, nous avons opté pour une commande floue. Chaque unité de commande locale est un contrôleur flou assurant le contrôle d'un élément particulier du système physique. Ces éléments sont, généralement, des procédés multivariables à plusieurs entrées et plusieurs sorties. Différentes techniques sont développées pour réduire le nombre d'entrée-sortie et de règles utilisées dans les contrôleurs locaux. Pour la validation de notre approche une application industrielle est utilisée: les chaînes de la société Perrier.

Book excerpt: Les travaux présentés dans cette thèse portent sur le développement de structures de commande à base de modèles flous pour résoudre le problème de suivi de trajectoire tout en assurant stabilité et robustesse. Les modèles flous utilisés, de type takagi-sugeno à conclusion constante, sont identifiés en ligne en exploitant les théories de la dissipativité et de lyapunov. La représentation d'un procedé par un modèle mathématique, primordiale pour la synthèse de lois de commande, est parfois très difficile à obtenir, notamment pour les procédés non linéaires complexes qui font apparaître beaucoup de paramètres (moteur thermique, procédé chimique). Une solution à ce problème peut être envisagée à partir d'une représentation du comportement du procédé non linéaire par un modèle flou où les relations entre les entrées, les sorties et les états sont exprimées par des règles floues. Comme cette représentation floue n'est qu'une approximation de la réalité physique, nous proposons d'introduire une incertitude additive dans le modèle. Dans ce cas, le problème de la commande peut être résolu en assurant la stabilité des structures bouclées et leur robustesse vis-a-vis de cette incertitude. Dans ce contexte, nous avons développé deux techniques de commande floue pour une classe de systèmes non linéaires. La première est une linéarisation entrée-sortie floue. Quant à la deuxième, elle intègre un modèle interne flou dans la structure de commande (commande à modèle interne flou). Dans les deux cas, une inversion du modèle flou est nécessaire. Deux approches sont alors proposées aboutissant à des expressions analytiques identiques.

En effet, à partir d'une base de données disponible du système à étudier, un modèle flou global de commande, formé par la pondération d'un ensemble de modèles linéaires locaux flous de type Tafcagi-Sugeno, est établi. Les paramètres de ce modèle global sont ensuite adaptés par l'algorithme récursif des moindres carrés, avec facteur d'oubli. La méthode de commande proposée est de type optimale par critère quadratique. Elle est basée sur un modèle neuronal de simulation et un modèle flou de commande de type Takagi-Sugeno. L'erreur résultante entre les sorties de ces deux modèles servira pour adapter les paramètres du modale flou et par conséquent les paramètres du correcteur. D'abord, nous proposons une approche floue où les pôles en boucle fermée de chaque sous-système sont placés dans une région-LMI. Ensuite, nous évaluons l'applicabilité d'une commande floue avec observateur flou à un modèle non linéaire d 'un turbopropulseur. La commande floue optimale est ensuite présentée. Quatre approches ont été choisies. La première résout une équation de Riccati classique. La deuxième introduit une équation de Riccati algébrique dépendant de l'état (SDARE) à résoudre en-ligne. La méthode de variations des extrémales est notre troisième approche et la quatrième s'intéresse à la méthode particulaire adaptée à la commande floue optimale. Le quatrième problème est la détermination d'un régulateur flou stabilisant qui prend en compte des saturations de type amplitude des commandes. Enfin, nous traitons le problème de la synthèse d'un régulateur flou robuste et résilient. Tous ces problèmes font appel à des outils numériques efficaces : inégalités matricielles linéaires ou équations algébriques de Riccati.

While based on the advent of big data and the use of information and communication technologies, smart cities must now respond to cross-cutting issues involving urban development, energy and environmental constraints; further, these cities must also explore how they can integrate more sustainable energies. Sustainable energies are a major determinant of smart cities’ longevity. From an environmental and technological standpoint, these energies offer an optimal power supply to the electric network while creating significantly less pollution. This requires flexibility, i.e., the availability of supply and demand. The end goal of any smart city is to improve the quality of life for all citizens (both in the city and in the countryside) in a way that is sustainable and respectful of the environment. Additional papers were accepted as short papers and posters. A further refinement was made after the conference, based also on the assessment of presentation quality, so that this book includes the extended and revised versions of the very best papers of ICINCO 2009. Commitment to high quality standards is a major concern of ICINCO that will be maintained in the next editions of this conference, including not only the stringent paper acceptance ratios but also the quality of the program committee, keynote lectures, workshops and logistics.
