Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The reason why I decided to write this book is because all my life, I have had family and friends tell me that I need to share my true life stories to the world so others will know how awesome God is no matter your situation. Jesus has been my inspiration my entire life. I’m not saying life has been perfect, and after you read my book, you will come to understand that as a young person, I was given several gifts of spirit by God. But it took me years to understand what and why things were happening to me and why I am able to see things and know things about others without being told about their situation. It was later that I found out they were gifts of the spirit. I hope you enjoy reading my book, and I pray that God ministers to you throughout my experiences and that your faith will grow even more after reading my stories. I had to understand that you have to go through the bad times in order to appreciate the good ones.

Book excerpt: This modern spiritual classic by Frank Sheed, the renowned author, publisher and lecturer, is brought back into print for the benefit of new generations of readers to develop a deeper, more profound knowledge of Jesus Christ. Sheed's concern with the Gospels is to come to know Christ as he actually lived among us, interacted with all the various people he encountered from his infancy to his passion and death--the God-man who was like us in all things except sin. Sheed has tried especially to see Our Lord in his effect upon others--seeing how they saw him, trying to see why they saw him so. There is much about Mary and Joseph in their task of bringing up a baby who was literally adorable; about John the Baptist; about Mary of Bethany and Mary Magdalen; about Nicodemus; about people we meet only for a moment, like the man born blind and the owners of the drowned swine; and why the Pharisees, not only the worst of them but some of the best, would not accept Christ. Faith, doctrine, prayer, worship--all the content and consequences of Christian belief--rest on the person of Christ Jesus as recorded in the Gospels. In this classic study, Frank J. Sheed employs wide learning, theological sophistication, spiritual insight, and a lucid style to bring the reader to a personal encounter with the living Lord. To Know Christ Jesus has been justly called "one of the most satisfying studies of the Gospel ever made." Frank J. Sheed had a distinguished career as a publisher, lecturer, street-corner evangelist, and popular writer. He and his wife Maisie Ward were the founders of the publishing house Sheed & Ward. His many books include Christ in Eclipse, What Difference Does Jesus Make?, Theology and Sanity, and A Map of Life. "My concern with the Gospels is to see the Face which through all the centuries has looked out from them upon men. The object is not to prove something but to meet someone--that we should know Christ Jesus, know him as one person may know another. As Christians we love him, try to live by his law, would think it a glory to die for him. But how well do we know him?" -Frank Sheed, from the Foreword

Book excerpt: Greg Eilers was at the center of privilege: a respected minister in a conservative church, a middle-class male in a rural community, a family man with a wife and kids. But he harbored a deep secret--a lifetime of questioning his gender identity. In 2013, the questioning had morphed into crushing gender dysphoria, and Eilers found himself in a battle to save his life and sanity. He also found himself in a conundrum: gender identity issues don't fit with a traditional life and conservative values. How could a man who followed all the rules, and made the church his life's work, be transgender? In 2015, Eilers transitioned to female to resolve the internal struggle. The road to inner peace, though, was rife with sacrifices. Transitioning took him from the job he loved, put his relationships to the test, and cast him to the margins of society. Scorn replaced privilege. Then, 2018 brought a development just as confounding as 2013's struggle, and Eilers faced yet another transition.Through it all Eilers held firm to his faith, and found room in the Gospel for an outcast such as himself. He resolved to speak out--to share his story so others would know they're not alone, and to speak up--to educate the public about transgender and bring dignity to a highly misunderstood group of people.A Roller Coaster Through a Hurricane is a memoir, a unique transgender experience, and an inspiration to the Christian church to lovingly minister to transgender persons.

But Lisa Whittle believes that if we calibrate our attention, refocusing on God determines the perspective for everything in our life: what we fight for, what we tolerate, how we make decisions, what we choose, what we love, what we chase, what we let go of, and what we are willing to change. A guidebook, a teacher, and a resource, all in one, I Want God brings rich simplicity to life-altering principles, perfect for your personal Lenten reflection. With her signature boldness and raw authenticity, author and podcast host of The Jesus Over Everything podcast, Lisa Whittle inspires with bottom line truth when we want Him and experience a soul revival, there is no limit to what we will do for Him.

Book excerpt: Wake Up! Preparing for the End-Times Outpouring is a trumpet calling the body of Christ to wake up to the fact that we are living in the post defeat of the saints era (see Dan. 7:21). Wake Up! gives the historical evidence of the defeat of the saints; in contrast it looks at the characters of Daniel and his friends and the first disciples and shows how they acted and responded to the stimulus from their culture, so they could be effective witnesses for Jesus Christ. Wake Up! encourages believers to become overcomers at the end of the end-times and to learn to counteract against the defeat of the saints. Believers are called to be continually filled by the Holy Spirit, to learn to release the gifts of the Spirit to destroy the works of the Devil, and to bring in the harvest and glorify the Lord. You will learn: The defeat of the saints prophesied in Daniel 7:21 is shown with numerous historical evidences how the defeat of the saints has occurred over the past three centuries. The saints are now living in the post-defeat of the saints era, but they are not to remain defeated. They need to be continually filled by the Holy Spirit and then demonstrate who Jesus is to the whole world. The little horn is still trying to defeat the saints through the Illuminati, whose goal it is to completely wipe out Christianity with their eugenic plans wanting to kill 90 percent of the world. The Ancient of Days has been pouring out His Spirit to help the saints to defeat the works of the Devil. Believers are to receive the Holy Spirit continually and then learn to demonstrate the gifts of the Spirit so we can bring glory to the Lord.

He is plagued by fragmented visions of the past, and has resigned himself to a life of quiet desolation. That is, until the night he meets wealthy and eccentric jazz fan Leonard Fry. In the days that follow, Leonard makes Bent a devilish deal, proposing a bizarre experiment in which Bent will play a vital part. The deal provides an opportunity for Bent to start afresh, to question everything he knows, and for the two men to move beyond the one terrifying frontier from which neither of them can be sure they’ll ever return: the borders of their own sanity. Fred Strydom’s novel The Inside-Out Man is a jazzy and surreal mind-bender of a book.

Book excerpt: Readjusting My Crown is a compilation of how I used social media and journaling to find my purpose. In this thing called life, we are not giving clear-cut directions on how to live life abundantly and successfully. To the world, I may seem like I have everything together and under control. Heck, others have labeled me as strong. These adjectives are the furthest thing from being the truth. As part of my transparency, I wanted to share with the world how I found my purpose. This is only the beginning. In 2016, I started posting Docs Corner on Facebook, and prior to that, I would do an annual reflection on New Years Eve. Docs Corner was developed as a way for me to cope with everyday stressors. I use Docs Corner to verbalize my frustrations, as well as look at the situation as a lesson learned. Docs Corner is my platform to vent, to stand on my soapbox, and to discuss how I feel with a little inspiration. I did not realize that many of my friends on Facebook enjoyed reading my post. After positive feedback, I decided to make it a book to reach more people in hopes of inspiring them. This is part of my journey as Dr. Harris. On this journey, I had to readjust my crown more than once. I pray that this book helps you to look at life differently.

Book excerpt: 8/18/06 This book had to be addressed as one of fiction because of the real torment created by one vicious evil plotting scorned female controlled by Satans own mind. The story is true, however all the names have been changed to protect the innocent, the publisher, and the Author. Three years of dedication and very hard work gathering information to present to the reader, starting from July 2003. False police reports made and found to be unfounded by the department, many case numbers that John Q public has access to. One female in a very big city that wanted to control all the dance arenas, and would stop at nothing short of murder to gain prominence among a few filthy underhanded worthless club owners. The main character Katherine was scorned by two ex lovers and wanted revenge to the point of absolute destruction to both of these educated and very striking men. An Emotional dance was performed by her to bring forth the Midnight Hour meant for complete ruin of these beautiful men. This book has exposed the underbelly of some unscrupulous dance studio renters that prey on innocent widows and other caring people that have had a loss of a loved one. These poor people are cheated out of large sums of money and given false hope in return, because of their need to feel wanted and accepted by others, they are hurting so bad and simply want to be loved once again. One very arrogant down town club renter, because they rent the space, has such a love of himself, that he truly believes he is the King of Los Vegas, how pathetic, small man syndrome comes to mind with this little person.
