La sorveglianza sanitaria in tutte le unità produttive, di piccole come di grandi dimensioni, è un tema particolarmente delicato e in continua evoluzione normativa. Gli obblighi previsti in questo ambito sia per il medico, sia per il datore di lavoro, si sono notevolmente ampliati con l'emanazione del D.Lgs. n.81/2008 e del successivo D.Lgs. n. 106/2009, aumentando il rischio di incorrere in errori talora pesantemente sanzionati. STRUTTURA Il Volume è suddiviso in tre parti La prima è dedicata ad una analisi degli obblighi inerenti la sorveglianza sanitaria nelle unità produttive. Vengono proposte soluzioni operative e organizzative e offerti gli strumenti per impostare l’attività in ogni azienda. La seconda illustra il supporto della Medicina del lavoro in azienda, con particolare riguardo all’igiene del lavoro. La terza descrive i singoli rischi lavorativi: rischi chimici, cancerogeni, fisici, biologici, ecc. In particolare, per le diverse attività lavorative, vengono analizzati i principali disturbi o patologie correlati e le conseguenti indagini mediche consigliate.
