It's no different for Kanata Tanaka and Kazuki Yoshikawa, a girl and a boy who have been friends since elementary school. But even though Kanata and Kazuki are at the same point in life as their classmates, an air of adulthood sets the two apart. Kanata is taller and more attractive than the other girls, but the boys stay away because she seems too mature for them. Kazuki too stands out from the other boys, but the girls are wary of him because he seems like a player. And so, Kanata and Kazuki are thrown together in a charming, bittersweet tale of two very adult students falling in love like the teenagers they are.

Someone is targeting the members of the city’s supernatural underclass—those who don’t possess enough power to become full-fledged wizards. Some have vanished. Others appear to be victims of suicide. But now the culprit has left a calling card at one of the crime scenes—a message for Harry Dresden. Harry sets out to find the apparent serial killer, but his investigation turns up evidence pointing to the one suspect he cannot possibly believe guilty: his half-brother, Thomas. To clear his brother’s name, Harry rushes into a supernatural power struggle that renders him outnumbered, outclassed, and dangerously susceptible to temptation. And Harry knows that if he screws this one up, people will die—and one of them will be his brother...

Coleridge's nephew, son-in-law, and first editor, Henry Nelson Coleridge, began at the end of 1822 a record of Coleridge's remarks as a way of preparing an anthology of the interests and thought of the great poet and critic. His manuscripts, gathered to form the major text of his new edition, include passages on relatives, friends, and various censorable topics omitted from the Table Talk of 1835 and unpublished until now. These two volumes also contain talk recorded by other listeners from 1798 until Coleridge's death in 1834. Some of these records have not been previously published; some are published from manuscripts that differ from versions previously known. Also included are previously unpublished remarks by Wordsworth. Along with a bibliography of earlier editions of Table Talk and other useful appendixes, Carl Woodring's edition reprints the second edition (1836), which differs from the manuscripts more extensively than the edition of 1835. THis is the first fully annotated edition of a work that long remained more popular in the United Kingdom than any of the works in prose published by Coleridge himself. The two volumes make a convenient encyclopedia of his ideas and interests. Carl Woodring is George Edward Woodberry Professor of Literature Emeritus at Columbia University. Originally published in 1990. The Princeton Legacy Library uses the latest print-on-demand technology to again make available previously out-of-print books from the distinguished backlist of Princeton University Press. These editions preserve the original texts of these important books while presenting them in durable paperback and hardcover editions. The goal of the Princeton Legacy Library is to vastly increase access to the rich scholarly heritage found in the thousands of books published by Princeton University Press since its founding in 1905.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In volume one of The Seven Signs, Pastor Mike answered the question of why the Holy Spirit had John choose only those seven miracles out of all those that Jesus performed to convince people to put their faith in Him. However, one critical piece of evidence needed for one to put his or her faith in Christ remains to be revealed. What is that piece of crucial evidence? Join Pastor Mike on a journey through the remainder of this incredible Gospel to discover the answer to this question in volume two of The Seven Signs. The Seven Signs is a practical commentary written to help laypersons and ministers alike to better understand and communicate this amazing Gospel to others, especially to those who have not yet put their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Its purpose is to bring to light the spiritual truths of John's Gospel and their application to our lives in a clear, concise, and thought-provoking manner. Bro. Mike is Senior Pastor of Northrich Baptist Church in Richardson, Texas. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Memphis and a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. This is the second volume of two written by Bro. Mike. John chapters 12-21 are expounded upon in this volume, while his discussion of John chapters 1-11 can be found in volume one.
