Nous avons souhaité rechercher, dans une étude de vie réelle, les différences entre les patients victimes d’AVC ischémique ayant bénéficié d’un traitement de revascularisation (thrombolyse ou thrombectomie), âgés de plus ou moins de 80 ans. Méthodes- Mille patients traités par thrombolyse et/ou thrombectomies ont été inclus consécutivement dans une étude rétrospective monocentrique au CHU de Bicêtre. Leurs caractéristiques initiales, les modalités de traitement de reperfusion et leur autonomie à trois mois évaluée par le score de Rankin modifié, ont été comparés en analyse univariée. Résultats- Trois cent cinquante-sept patients âgés et 643 patients jeunes ont été inclus entre décembre 2015 et mai 2019 dans notre étude.
