Le jeu est rarement une priorité de l'intervention.Cependant, la littérature montre que le jeu, et particulièrement le jeu libre, permet à ces enfants, par l'octroi d'une liberté de choix et de mises en situation, d'expérimenter par eux mêmes les codes sociaux et de transférer ces apprentissages dans la vie quotidienne. Buts : Ce travail vise à recueillir les expériences d'ergothérapeutes de Suisse romande sur leur utilisation du jeu libre dans leur pratique professionnelle et à savoir ce qu'ils font pour accompagner l'apprentissage du jeu social auprès de cette population. Méthode : Il s'agit d'une étude quantitative de type transversale et descriptive, effectuée par questionnaire électronique. Les données recueillies ont été analysées afin d'en ressortir les principaux axes et les tendances parmi les 31 répondants. Résultats : Les résultats montrent que le jeu libre est présent dans la pratique des ergothérapeutes de Suisse romande, notamment comme moyen d'intervention au travers de différentes méthodes, malgré la difficulté à le nommer tel qu'il est. Un grand intérêt pour cette occupation est observable de la part des personnes répondants au questionnaire. Il n'existe cependant pas réellement de manière commune actuellement pour accompagner les enfants TDAH dans l'apprentissage du jeu social. Ce sont plutôt des expériences personnelles de chaque ergothérapeute qui dictent leurs pratiques pour promouvoir l'utilisation du jeu libre social auprès des enfants et de leur entourage. Conclusion : Il revient aux ergothérapeutes de valoriser le jeu libre auprès des proches des enfants répondant aux critères d'un TDAH. Une pratique centrée sur la famille (PCF),l'utilisation d'approches cognitives et l'exercice des différents codes sociaux sont des pratiques recommandées avec cette population. L'ergothérapeute peut conseiller et accompagner les parents dans l'aménagement physique et temporel des différentes activités de jeu à domicile. Enfin, malgré les contraintes mises en avant dans le questionnaire, les ergothérapeutes utilisent déjà très fréquemment le jeu libre en thérapie, comme moyen et comme maintien de la motivation. Ils sont aussi conscients des bienfaits de cette activité sur les différents apprentissages qu'elle permet auprès des enfants atteints d'un TDAH. [Résumé des auteures].

Computers and games share a design conception that allows innovative approaches to overcome barriers of the real world by creating their own rules. Some studies have shown, however, that there is potential interest and acceptability of tools that support various vehicles, rationales, objectives, and formats. There is an implication that individuals who are bullied must have "asked for" this type of treatment, or deserved it. Sometimes, even the child who is bullied begins to internalize this idea. For many years, there has been a general acceptance and collective shrug when it comes to a child or adolescent with greater social capital or power pushing around a child perceived as subordinate. But bullying is not developmentally appropriate; it should not be considered a normal part of the typical social grouping that occurs throughout a child's life. Although bullying behavior endures through generations, the milieu is changing. Historically, bulling has occurred at school, the physical setting in which most of childhood is centered and the primary source for peer group formation. In recent years, however, the physical setting is not the only place bullying is occurring. Technology allows for an entirely new type of digital electronic aggression, cyberbullying, which takes place through chat rooms, instant messaging, social media, and other forms of digital electronic communication. Composition of peer groups, shifting demographics, changing societal norms, and modern technology are contextual factors that must be considered to understand and effectively react to bullying in the United States. Youth are embedded in multiple contexts and each of these contexts interacts with individual characteristics of youth in ways that either exacerbate or attenuate the association between these individual characteristics and bullying perpetration or victimization. Stress related to migration affects migrants and their extended families either directly or indirectly. The process of migration is not just a phase, but leads on to a series of adjustments, including acculturation, which may occur across generations.
