La deuxième partie est consacrée à l’impact du développement du numérique sur la profession agricole. Sont ici abordés les effets du numérique sur les réseaux traditionnels d’agriculteurs. Les réseaux numériques permettent un accroissement global du partage des connaissances et des informations. Ces nouvelles formes de partage d’information peuvent modifier le travail des agriculteurs, des conseillers agricoles. Au-delà, ces processus peuvent permettre l’émergence de nouveaux acteurs. Enfin, la troisième et dernière partie explore la question de la circulation des données dans les filières agricoles et agroalimentaires. Enjeu majeur en termes de traçabilité et de transparence, cette question implique celle de la gouvernance dans le domaine des données. Et donne aussi à voir l’évolution possible de la relation entre producteurs et consommateurs.
