Dall'analisi delle quattro interviste sottoposte ai ragazzi, due dei quali con importanti difficoltà di lettura, emerge che le ipotesi iniziali non sono confermate. Gli allievi che faticano nel leggere infatti vivono delle preoccupazioni nei confronti del passaggio alla scuola media che sono compatibili con quelle provate dai ragazzi senza difficoltà di lettura: il fatto di avere compagni e docenti nuovi e la consapevolezza che le richieste degli insegnanti saranno maggiori. Questo risultato può rassicurare rispetto al benessere dell'allievo a scuola, ci si può però interrogare su quale sarà il reale impatto con la scuola media per gli allievi che presentano importanti difficoltà di lettura.
