Thus, leadership is the function of management that is largely involved in setting goals and motivating people to help achieve them. One of the most important things that leaders do is set and define goals that the organization, business enterprise, or company wants to become a reality, and help subordinates and guide them on the right way to achieve these goals. It is possible for a person to be an effective manager, a good planner, and an organized administrator, but at the same time lacks the motivational skills that a leader should have, to direct the energy required to stimulate and motivate subordinates in the organization, business enterprise, or company. Due to the complexity of business in organizations today towards managing them with the required speed and image through sound decision-making, and in order to raise the level of effective participation of all employees, the choices of most organizations, businesses, projects, and companies today focus on bringing in managers who possess the required leadership skills. Since the issue of leadership has the main and fundamental role in the institutional change in business organizations as an abstract phenomenon characterized by ambiguity, administrative leaders have been able to transform the goals related to the people they subordinate to a reality called the ability to create and highlight talents and their influence on those around them, and from here leadership can be defined in the framework of administrative work, as the process by which employees or workers can be influenced and persuaded to work in order to achieve the goals of the organization efficiently and effectively.
