[...] Pour éviter les dificultés d'avoir à démontrer des liens de causalité entre les émissions supplémentaires de GES entraînées par les projets et les impacts environnementaux, sociaux et économiques de ces derniers, l'évaluation climatique de nouvelle génération chercherait à comprendre si et jusqu'à quel point les émissions de gaz à effet de serre associées à un projet rapprocheraient ou éloigneraie.

The articles within this volume of the “Potsdamer Beiträge zur Hochschulforschung” (Potsdam Contributions to Higher Education Research) analyse and share the experiences of such training programmes held in Colombia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Malaysia, Kenya, and Uganda.
