Book excerpt: La réforme du droit des obligations effectuée par l'ordonnance n° 2016-131 du 10 février 2016 et la loi n° 2018-287 du 20 avril 2018 a réécrit un corps de textes resté quasiment inchangé depuis 1804. Souvent présentée comme une œuvre de consolidation, cette réforme a pourtant transformé en profondeur l'état du droit antérieur.
