Apocalipsis 21:1-5, 26-27; 22:3-5

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: La mayor&í a de nosotros somos personas corrientes que tenemos d&í as buenos y d&í as malos.
Book Synopsis Anima Mundi: The Rise of the World Soul Theory in Modern German Philosophy by : Miklós Vassányi
Download or read book Anima Mundi: The Rise of the World Soul Theory in Modern German Philosophy written by Miklós Vassányi and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2010-11-16 with total page 438 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This work presents and philosophically analyzes the early modern and modern history of the theory concerning the soul of the world, anima mundi. The initial question of the investigation is why there was a revival of this theory in the time of the early German Romanticism, whereas the concept of the anima mundi had been rejected in the earlier, classical period of European philosophy (early and mature Enlightenment). The presentation and analysis starts from the Leibnizian-Wolffian school, generally hostile to the theory, and covers classical eighteenth-century physico-theology, also reluctant to accept an anima mundi. Next, it discusses early modern and modern Christian philosophical Cabbala (Böhme and Ötinger), an intellectual tradition which to some extent tolerated the idea of a soul of the world. The philosophical relationship between Spinoza and Spinozism on the one hand, and the anima mundi theory on the other is also examined. An analysis of Giordano Bruno’s utilization of the concept anima del mondo is the last step before we give an account of how and why German Romanticism, especially Baader and Schelling asserted and applied the theory of the Weltseele. The purpose of the work is to prove that the philosophical insufficiency of a concept of God as an ens extramundanum instigated the Romantics to think an anima mundi that can act as a divine and quasi-infinite intermediary between God and Nature, as a locum tenens of God in physical reality.

Download or read book על בריאה ועל יצירה במחשבה היהודית written by Joseph Dan and published by Mohr Siebeck. This book was released on 2005 with total page 708 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Joseph Dan, the Gershom Scholem Professor of Kabbalah Emeritus at the Hebrew University and long-time Professor of Jewish Studies at the Freie Universitat Berlin, is one of the most influential figures in the fields of Jewish mystical thought, homiletical and ethical literature, modern Messianism and Hasidism, and contemporary 'belles-lettres'. His studies of the diverse aspects of Jewish creativity, with close attention to the dialectics of religious-cultural continuity versus historical innovation, provide a comprehensive overview of the complex history of Jewish thought and its multiple creative faces. It is precisely for this reason, to honor Joseph Dan's multifaceted research, that his many colleagues, students, and friends, scattered among universities around the world, have decided to focus their contributions in this Festschrift on the continuing process of creation and re-creation in Jewish thought throughout the centuries. Book Synopsis Recovering Lost Footprints, Volume 1 by : Arturo Arias
Download or read book Recovering Lost Footprints, Volume 1 written by Arturo Arias and published by SUNY Press. This book was released on 2017-09-14 with total page 296 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Analyzes contemporary Maya narratives. Recovering Lost Footprints is the first full-length critical study to analyze Latin American Indigenous literary narratives in a systematic manner. In the book, Arturo Arias looks at Maya narratives in Guatemala. The study of these works is intended to spark changes so that constitutions recognize these cultures, their rights, their languages, their centers of worship, and their cosmologies. Through this study, Arias problematizes the partial or full omission of Latin Americas original inhabitants from recognized citizenry. This book analyzes these elements of exclusion in the novelistic output of three salient figures, Luis de Lión, Gaspar Pedro González, and Víctor Montejo. The works by these writers offer evidence that most native people have entered modernity without renouncing their respective cultures or the specifics of their singular identities. The philosophical ethics elaborated in the texts, such as respect for nature and recognition of the holistic value of natural beings, enable non-Indigenous readers to both understand and relate to these values.

Book Synopsis A N G E L- L O G I a by : Abel Serrano
Download or read book A N G E L- L O G I a written by Abel Serrano and published by Palibrio. This book was released on 2012-05 with total page 657 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Amen

Download or read book De la Oscuridad a la Luz written by Marino Restrepo and published by eBookIt.com. This book was released on 2011-05 with total page 349 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Dios sea bendito!
