A partir de quatre études de cas cliniques et de la création d'outils (questionnaires et entretiens soumis aux partenaires de notre travail), nous avons défini le rôle de ces aidants familiaux et analysé leur investissement. Cet investissement du partenaire est nécessaire dans l'utilisation du CCOM mais pas suffisant lorsque le patient est en opposition à la mise en place de cet outil de communication.
