Se pone de manifiesto que la exclusión social se ha convertido en un fenómeno estructural para la sociedad española, con especial repercusión en los jóvenes ya que son el grupo social más vulnerable socialmente por los fenómenos nombrados, viéndose obligados a reorganizar y redirigir sus vidas en busca de mayor formación (sobrecualificación) para aumentar sus posibilidades de éxito o resignarse y aceptar la incertidumbre, repercutiéndoles socialmente de manera más intensa que a los demás colectivos.
