Book excerpt: In order to carry out this research, the development of six processes as per the importance given to each by entrepreneurs is proposed. These processes are: Total Quality Management, Standardization of Productive Processes, Order Management, Production Planning and Control, and Logistics Management. A research on the manufacturing sector including the textile, timber, metal-mechanic and tootwear industries has been developed, since these tour sectors contribute more than 50%to the GDP and are exportable products. The objective of this thesis is to propose a basic process management model that can aid MSEs to successfully face manufacturing a large scale order by associating in some way. The proposal is that this association be through a process system which will enable each MSE to trust the others and, thus, be able to work collaboratively so as to obtain a standard product complying with the quality specifications required by the customer. Chapter 1 develops the proposal's conceptual foundation, thoroughly explaining the main ideas that support this research. Next, in the same Chapter, the research problem and objectives are established. Chapter 2 mainly develops the state of the art through the analysis of the literature most linked to the topics which are the pillars of this research proposal. M. the heart of this research lies the idea that: Monetary poverty decreases when a country's economy increases. Chapter 3 establishes the main research guidelines, determines the MSE sectors to be researched, the sample size and the sample data sheet. This chapter also establishes in-depth interviews as the tool to be used in the data collection. A diagnosis of the MSE sectors previously mentioned and which would be able to export was also made. Chapter 4 presents the results obtained from the field study. Based on the findings of the in-depth interviews in the tour most representative MSE sectors in Peru, tour basic conclusions may be drawn, which in sorne way verify what has been written about this so far. These results have not changed in the last 15 years. Chapter 5,after the diagnosis, establishes a basic management system . This basic system is related to what MSEs recognize as their main processes in their value chain: production; logistics; process and product, quality, and order management standardization. Chapter 6 presents the conclusions drawn after the research. lt also presents the corresponding recommendations and finally the three research lines which could tollow this research.
