Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Krishnamurti Paddhati is an excellent system (Paddhati) of astrological predictions conceived & created by The Great Indian Astrology King, late Prof. K.S. Krishnamurti. As you must have experienced that accuracy of the time period of the events is difficult when one uses Traditional/Vedic or any other system. KP can give you a precise YES or NO answer astrologically to your questions. To overcome the above and similar short-comings of the conventional vedic system, KP comes as savior. The position of a planet either benefic or malefic covers a large domain of 30° within a Rasi. K.P. system tends to evolve a system by which the operation of a particular planet in a Rasi, is determined by just not its placement but by the constellation it travels and the sub lord it is positioned in. All planets moving from Vernal Equinox Aries according to the Nirayana system get their results modified as they move in the Zodiac. Thus in the first 13°20’ any planet transiting in Mesha will be influenced by the constellation called Aswini and so on till Revathi in which the planet will be influenced by Mercury. As the duration of the zone 13°20’ for each Nakshatra is a broad zone, they are further classed into nine parts in proportion to their duration as per their Vimshotri Dasa. This is termed as the sub-lord. Normally, Jupiter, Venus, affiliated Mercury and waxing Moon are termed as natural benefics while Sun, Mars, Saturn, Rahu & Ketu as malefics. But in KP it is determined by sub lord planet is posited in. 1. The planet in a constellation will offer the result of Bhava house occupied by the lord of the constellation. 2. The planet which is situated in a constellation is the strongest to offer the results of the house occupied by the lord of the constellation.. 3. The occupants of a house is strong to give the results of the house occupied by it. Planets in the constellation of the occupants of a Bhava will indicate the fruits of the Bhava. 4.Planet deposited in the constellation of the lord of the sign where the cusp of a house falls. 5. Then only the lord of the sign where the cusp of a house falls. The above form the various significators for the determination of a particular event. Only the conjoined planets of the above should be utilised for determining the end result. Hence it may be concluded that the planet is the resource, constellation indicates nature of the result and the sub is a deciding factor whether the matter is favourable or not. Unless the last is favourable we do not call it a benefic. Note:- Rahu & Kethu are Nodes. A node signifies firstly the results of the planet or planets with which It Is conjoined, then the results of lord of the constellation in which It is deposited, then the planet or planets aspecting it and lastly of the owner of the sign in which it is deposited.

Book excerpt: In this volume, Krishnamurti takes great care to elucidate this necessity of a revolution within our consciousness where the problem lies before we expect any kind of revolutionary change outside of ourselves. Krishnamurti posits that if the politicians and scientists wanted to end starvation in the world it could be done." It could be done, but they are not going to do it as long as their thinking is based on nationalism, on motives of their own personal profit. And even if this far-reaching outward change were brought about, it seems to me that the problem is much deeper." "The problem is not merely starvation, war, the brutality of man to man; it is the crisis in our own consciousness. Fundamentally the problem lies within." (p. 295)

'In relationship the important thing to bear in mind is not the other but oneself, ' states Krishnamurti, 'It is within oneself that harmony in relationship can be found, not in another, nor in environment.' (p. 160) This is not cause for isolation but the beginning of a process of self-revelation which creates the foundation for true relationship.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Win bets on sporting events using the prediction system of Vedic Astrology • Describes the basics of Vedic Astrology and how it can be applied to sports betting • Outlines 5 powerful techniques for predicting the outcome of any one-on-one competition • Details how to determine the physical strength of each side, whose motivation and drive to win is strongest, and who has fate on their side Everything that is born, which has a lifespan and an ending, is a space-time event. That includes contests as well as human beings. And just as your personal astrological chart can describe success or failure in various areas of your life, so too can a contest chart created from the time, date, and location of an event show us winners and losers of one-on-one competitions. Drawing on traditional Vedic Astrology as well as his own research and winning experience, Simon Chokoisky outlines 5 powerful techniques for predicting the outcome of any competition between two opponents with 70–80 percent accuracy. He explains how sports betting offers black-and-white outcomes and you do not have to be an advanced astrologer to understand the principles in this book or to apply them to daily life. Using examples from his bets in the World Cup and baseball, the author shows how to judge the favorite and determine the underdog’s chances by looking into the body, mind, and soul of a team and its players. He details how to use the planets to determine the physical strength of each side and whose motivation, mental toughness, and drive to win is strongest as well as the more subtle spiritual nature of each team--who is luckier and who has fate on their side. He details how he used these simple principles to win hundreds of bets and how he now uses them to fund charitable causes. Including personal stories of his experiences with grace, beginner’s luck, and the Vedic philosophy of karma and dharma, Chokoisky demonstrates how the planets and stars relate not only to our sports competitions but also our individual lives. He shows us how the astrologer must become part of the prediction, how a bad day can mean bad luck, and how to ride the wave of good fortune by avoiding specific days that are ill-disposed to betting. Chokoisky explains that one way to remain in the good graces of the gods is to donate a portion of your winnings to charity. He describes how right conduct is essential to continue profiting from this technique and how your own karma and dharma can indicate how to approach gambling as well as how to use your winnings.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Nakṣatra Sūtra is a treasure found in the Taittirīya Brāhmaṇa, a branch of the ancient Yajur Veda. Because of this, it holds unique importance and unparalleled authority among nakṣatra texts, for it allows us to understand the nakṣatras in much clearer accord with the Vedic sages who originally envisioned them. I also supplement the book with other sections from the Taittirīya Brāhmaṇa that also talk about the nakṣatras, and with a section entitled, The True Story of the Nakṣatra Gods: a dramatic narration of the 27 nakṣatra divinities, focused on what is most relevant to their nakṣatra's symbolism. This original work pulls together diverse Purāṇic and Vedic source material to paint a vivid picture of often unknown tales and details essential for fully understanding the subtleties of the 27 Vedic stars.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Nakshatra means 'something that never decays'. It has been referred to as 'constellation' or 'asterism' and also at times as 'lunar mansions' by astrologers. Among these, the word 'asterism' comes closest to the meaning of 'Nakshatra'. Nakshatra is the Real Secret of Vedic Astrology. There are billions of stars in the sky. A group of stars when forms a recognizable pattern, we call it a constellation. There could be uncountable number of constellations in the skies depending upon from where we see it. We see them from the Earth and the astronomers have discovered 88 constellations till now. In astrology, we only use 27 constellations, which form the twelve zodiac belts. There are 12 zodiac sign in this zodiac belt and each zodiac sign has a width of 30 degrees. Each zodiac sign is owned by a certain planet out of 7 primary planets. A planet can be present anywhere in Zodiac sign, either in its own zodiac sign or in some other zodiac sign. In the Vedic (Hindu) system of Astrology, known in Sanskrit as Jyotish, the 27 constellations and not the 12 star-signs are the key to understanding celestial influences on our planet. These 27 constellations are known as the 27 Nakshatra, which are 300 to 400 light years away from earth. Based on a person's moon Nakshatra at the time of birth, Jyotish offers a most powerful predictive technique compared to other forms of astrology.
