Es zeigt sich immer wieder, dass Menschen, unabhängig von ihrem Alter am glücklichsten sind und ihre Persönlichkeit bestmöglich entfalten können, wenn sie wissen, dass bestimmte Menschen hinter ihnen stehen, denen sie vertrauen können und die ihnen bei Bedarf zu Hilfe kommen. Wird das Kind von seiner Bezugsperson getrennt entstehen Ängste, Trauer und Schuldgefühle. Die Trennung des Kindes von seiner Bezugsperson kann zu großen seelischen Schäden führen. Neben der Trennung als solches wirken sich auch traumatische Lebensumstände, in denen das Kind aufwächst, ungünstig auf die Lebenssituation der Betroffenen aus. Das Bindungsverhältnis wird erneut gestört und letzten Endes können unsichere Bindungen und Bindungsstörungen entstehen. Unsichere, desorganisierte Bindungen und Bindungsstörungen werden häufig bei Kindern und Jugendlichen, welche im Rahmen von Hilfen zur Erziehung in einer Heimeinrichtung stationär untergebracht sind, festgestellt. Meistens haben sie schon zahlreiche Bindungsabbrüche und Trennungen erlebt. Im Rahmen dieser Bachelorarbeit soll zunächst ein Zusammenhang zwischen den bereits durch die Herkunftsfamilie geprägten Erfahrungen der Kinder und Jugendlichen, sowie den Möglichkeiten, Chancen und Grenzen der heutigen Heimerziehung hergestellt werden. Daraus ergeben sich die Fragen, inwieweit sich die bereits erlernten Verhaltensmuster verändern lasst die Heimerziehung an ihre Grenzen und welche Faktoren begünstigen einen positiven Entwicklungsverlauf? Inwieweit ist es möglich, dass die pädagogischen Fachkräfte als Bezugspersonen agieren? Wie gestaltet sich eine gesunde Betreuer*innen-Kind-Beziehung hinsichtlich des Konflikts zwischen Nähe und Distanz? Weiterhin wird in dieser Arbeit auf die rechtliche Situation und zudem auf das Kinder- und Jugendhilferecht (§36 KJHG) eingegangen und anschließend wird das System Familie genauer untersucht. Aus welchen Familien kommen Heimkinder? Wie sind die eflexion in Bezug auf die Leitfrage stattfindet. Das Thema der Bachelorarbeit wird im gesamten Kontext nochmal reflektiert und bewertet.

However, the emergence of mass supervision in the community has largely escaped the attention of legal scholars and social scientists more concerned with the mass incarceration reflected in prison growth. As well as representing an important analytical lacuna for penology in general and comparative criminal justice in particular, the neglect of supervision means that research has not delivered the knowledge that is urgently required to engage with political, policy and practice communities grappling with delivering justice efficiently and effectively in fiscally straitened times, and with the challenges of communicating the meaning, legitimacy and utility of supervision to an insecure public. This book reports the findings from a survey of European research on this topic, undertaken during the first year of a European research network that spans twenty countries. The authors of this collection seek to fill that gap in the ethnographic record by drawing attention to the deep historical attachments of island communities to rivers, and the ways in which those attachments are changing in response to various forms of economic development and social change. In addition to making a unique contribution to Pacific island ethnography, the authors of this volume speak to a global set of issues of immense importance to a world in which water scarcity, conflict, pollution and the degradation of riparian environments afflict growing numbers of people. Several authors take a political ecology approach to their topic, but the emphasis here is less on hydro-politics than on the cultural meaning of rivers to the communities we describe.
