[...] For example, if bread is counted, then the value of the wheat that goes into bread production should not be added to it since the value of the wheat is already included in the "final" value of the bread. [...] So it is difficult to say how the portion of electric power used in the Kluane region much corporate profit is generated in Haines should be counted, the income of Whitehorse-based Junction or the Kluane region.
