Die Bandbreite der Themen reicht von Fragen des humanitaren Volkerrechts in bewaffneten Konflikten uber Fragen des internationalen Kindschaftsrechts bis hin zu strafrechtlichen Aspekten der sexuellen Ausbeutung von Kindern. Daruber hinaus wird die Gewahrleistung von Kinderrechten in der Europaischen Menschenrechtskonvention und in der neuen sudafrikanischen Verfassung analysiert.
