En este proyecto se analiza de forma exhaustiva, el mercado actual y su previsión de crecimiento, tanto del lanzamiento de nuevos medicamentos, como del sector de los laboratorios de análisis clínicos que están actualmente prestando el servicio. Aparte del estudio de mercado, se realizan una serie de entrevistas personales, así como una simulación de un estudio de un caso real. También se ha realizado un estudio DAFO que permite analizando los debilidades y las fortalezas, identificar aquellas amenazas a tener en cuenta, así como las oportunidades. Mediante un análisis financiero, a varios años, se pretende demostrar la conveniencia de esta nueva línea, así como de los requisitos financieros necesarios para poder garantizar el éxito del negocio.
